Brain666[/QUOTE]Night Clubs (booking) are plentyful in Seoul. The one I have been to the most is Heracles in Sincheon close to Gangnam. Not Sinchon close to Yonsei University, easy to confuse. You should have some conversational skills in Korean if you plan to meet girls at booking clubs, otherwise it will be very hard, sometimes they don't even let groups of foreigners in at all and they always check if I can speak Korean when I go to a booking club, I'm a white guy.

You should be at least 2-3 guys and in the club you can get either a table with drinks and snacks or even better a private room with karaoke, drinks and snacks. As long as you still have drinks the waiters will bring you girls, usually the girls want to look around as well so try to get to know her a little and get the numbers from all the girls you meet and call them later on. This is what I have done, some girls of course I never see again but I have met quite a few and went all the way. If you tip the waiters they will make extra effort to bring you the hot girls, it can be worth it.

Price is about 50. 000won and up per person if you order a table and of course a room would be more expensive but you would get more girls and can more easily get intimate with them already in the club. Some clubs have women in 30's and 40's but this one (Heracles) is mainly young university students. All girls I met was 19-23 years old. Only one of them could speak English, so Korean language is the key.

How to find Night Clubs? You will be hunted down by bouncers on the street as soon as you approach the area. There are also many Night Clubs in the Jongno-2ga area but I haven't been there much.

There are many clubs but an easy to find one is Mool, it just south of the river over the Hannam bridge.

You should go with some Korean friends, if you go with a group of non-korean friends and can convince them to let you in the club then you will get few if any bookings.

Spend the money and get a room. Women do not want to be seen sitting with a white man in the public area, it will hurt their ability to meet other men. Not fair but that is the way it is.

In the room you need to order some whiskey and side dishes. Tell you waiter what kind of women you like and if you do not want to meet a pro tell them not bring any working girls.... but if you want you can tell them to bring you working girls.

Drove through Yongsan yesterday, its open I'd say at least 80% of the A rowers were out for business, interestingly not many customers.

Excellent Waykook Saram you covered what I missed! I also have the experience of girls running away as soon as they see me, this is most often because they're afraid to be forced to speak English with me and they're not comfortable with that. But with that said, I think the booking club is a better way of meeting girls than the normal clubs like in Hongdae. This is because girls go there with the intention of meeting guys, that's the whole idea. In the clubs many girls are just out to dance and enjoy with friends and it's also easier to talk with many girls in one night at the booking club. So for foreigners with Korean friends and who can speak Korean I would definitely recommend it.

Here's the scoop, after living in sucky Songtan for the last two years I've got this hair brained idea to move to Seoul as I'm a 40ish man with no significant ties to anywhere.

Yes, I've read the ISG and it's pretty sobering. However, it's hard for me to imagine any place being worse than Songtan. I don't like filipinas and that's just about all they got down here in this little sheethole.
