I have five days off for Christmas and am going to Manila and AC. Incheon-Manila on Asiana Airlines. Once you factor in the exchange rate, it is close to $500 USD RT. They also fly directly to Clark but the arrival time sucks. Check out their website, they still have tickets available. A couple room salon visits will cover a long weekend in The Philippines!

At least from last weekend I can confirm that they are in operation.
I was in the cinema at the station and had some time to spend which I used for a walkthrough through the RLD.

Yes they are open.
At the main road girls continue to ignore foreigners, but I think their quality degraded.
