Copy paste of a PM to a member who had provided me hints and tips before my trip to Bahrain.

This is just a summary update on the scene as I experienced for the 4 days I spent in Bahrain. It is quite interesting and different to the Dubai experience, if you are into SE Asians then its probably girl heaven short of going to Thailand, non-Asian options seemed limited.

Stayed at the CP, friendly. Was coming back with a girl after 2 am one night / morning and the lady was asked for her passport, easy enough, wished us a good night and off we went.

Based on my experience; I would rate the options as 1. Clubs 2. MR and 3. Brothotels. I also met up with a Filipina who I had connected with on FilipinoCupid beforehand, never doing that again, super needy and couldn't get rid of her. I am not a rude person generally, but had to block her number as she was insistent on spending the whole time with me.

Apart from a Pakistani girl who came to my room from MR, the rest were all Thais. They had 1 room with Tunisian, 2 Russian rooms, 2 Thai rooms and 1 Chinese. The Tunisian did not answer, 1 of the Russians said the girls were sleeping, the other sounded like I woke her and she gave me a 'fuck off' price of 80 BD for couple hours which I declined. Ended up with a Thai at 30 BD for the hour + 12 BD for the room for 3 hours. I was out of there in 30 minutes, but this was just to see how the setup worked and reference for next time.

Prices I paid ranged from 140 BD overnight to 40 BD for an hour inc cost of hotel room. Based on limited data points MR rates are 50% to 100% markup on what you pay for the same girl from a club.

Street action around Hoora mainly, some around Juffair, in the evenings is pretty obvious, almost all Africans and most of them fat and ugly. Apart from that you see the Bengali looking guys outside the hotels, I assume they were offering girls in rooms but did not approach any of them. None of them approached me either, but were happy to make eye contact. Probably cautious because of the way I looked / dressed.

For 'research' purposes also visited some of the supermarkets around Hoora / Juffair, that was wasted time spent checking out the vegetables, will put that down as an urban legend although I do know the prices of various varieties of mango better than I did a week ago!
