And it just struck me. The Surya hotel in new friends colony, has this club called BW. Your basic grouse, that of lack of easy pick up places, isn't going to get solved in the foreseeable future.
Due to hypocritical social norms, this trade in India is always going to be under the surface. In fact I differ with you when you say it is unorganized here. The situation in other parts of the country is actually worse.
