I'm a foreigner visiting Delhi for a few days. I have experience in Kolkata, my base of operations, but no idea about Delhi. Any pointers would be appreciated. Looking for safe situations, possibly spas. As a foreigner I obviously attract attention, so I try to keep it very low profile.
