Panama City

Unless they've changed in the last few months, River Club and Relax Oriental are on Via Argentina just off Via Espana. Also, Royal Elegance on Via Porras merits a mention too.

Yup the February harvest just came in.

Since just after the holidays the picking was rather thin, IMHO. Reheated old hands and a smattering of Panamanians needing to pay for the holiday, s excess.

But from last week and oh no even from last night the collection has nearly doubled.

Many pretty faces, lots of spinners, and a few new giraffes.

There is nothing that smells better than new buns. So.

Come and get 'em while they are fresh and hot.

Th'is the season for new dreams.

The buffet restaurant kicks ass. The hotel is right on the water. I liked the place.

It would be around a 20 minute hike to the Veneto, so better to take a taxi for a couple of dollars. It is within easy walking distance to nightlife on Calle Uruguay and Elite, the strip club. Maybe 10 to 15 minutes on foot to Le Palace and Habano's. The location is good, although not as good as the Veneto. Quality wise the Intercontinental is better.

Is that true that the Veneto has change there policy again on chica fee? I heard.

They have removed the chica fee? Any update will be nice to know?

As for Relax Oriental, I highly recommend it. In full disclosure I was at their Christmas party, so this is not exactly a disinterested report.

As I explained on another forum thread. You will have no problem at Veneto.

A few days ago I got a call from a customer who was staying at the Hotel Veneto. I had no problem going upstairs. I entered the casino. I went to the second floor. The customer picked me up at the elevator in the second floor because in order to go up, we need to enter a key to the elevator. Everything went OK.

They usually enforce the chica fee during the evening. Day time there is no guards at the elevator.

I stayed there with my girlfriend, and they did insist on seeing her passport when we registered. I remember because she was on her way to the bathroom while I was at the front desk and I had to go get her. I did see two or three women there with older gentlemen who appeared to be prostitutes. It's a fairly busy hotel and if you're discrete and your date isn't dressed like a sl*t, my guess is you'll be able to slip her in.

I stayed at the El Amanecer hotel in El Carmen Friday and Saturday night as I had a friend from out of town in my apartment and needed to GTFO. I like the neighborhood and it is safe but if you have never been outside of El Cangrejo or the banking district you might be a little nervous.

It is 2 blocks from La Morena, which is the best regular bar in PTY (which is why I picked it).

Rooms are spacious and the internet is fast. Price is 45 bucks a night. Cash.

On checking in I told the lady that I had a girlfriend I might bring back and she said they didn't care.

The Saturday morning while waking out for a coffee I got in the elevator and a couple of dominican working girls were on their way out, so clearly it's girl friendly.

Anyway, just wanted to let ya'll know.

Oh, it is a 20-30 minute walk from Veneto, 2 or 2. 50 cab ride (please let's not start the cab ride discussion again).
