The agency nonsense has sent things sky high. Now Pattaya is different from BKK; almost every bar has a 100 Baht draft. Some BKK bars are catching on and starting this practice as well. Most businesses here don't get volume. And one of the main reasons is; if they are doing volume, the lazy staff has to work harder.

I will never tip a waitress more than a regular 20 to 50 baht unless she is hot as hell and if she is that hot I'll buy her drinks and have her sit with me rather than tip her. Why? Because if you start tipping waitresses they always hang around you all night long. I prefer to have as much space as possible with my girls rather than having a rotund waitress 2 feet away from me watching like a hawk on when the girl nears the end of her drink.
