Yes, 2 pops are included in the price, at least they should be. What you have described as your dream might be difficult to achieve. The city is small and very expensive. The girls are pretty but I don't think it is worth to hang around there.

Take P4P out of the equation altogether and Budapest and Prague are still both awesome cities with plenty to see and do. I like the P4P scene in both cities with a strong preference for BP. You might prefer Prague. Different strokes for different folks. English appears to be more widely spoken in Prague.

Also consider taking the train between BP and Prague. Only 6 & 1/2 hours centre to centre. Much more comfortable and no lines for check-in, security and no baggage restrictions. Just make sure you buy your ticket a few days in advance to avoid queing on the day. Check times on the Deutsche Bahn website.
