In addition, most of the prepagos work for an agency, and the agency is going to tell you "yes, yes, yes", then the girl is not going to do what has been promised by the agency. Keep in mind an agency is usually a pimp, which takes a commission. In Brazil such a commission is usually 50%. In Colombia I can't tell. The agency usually covers the transport fees, if the client is not willing to pay for Uber for example and the price is all inclusive.

I usually prefer to call independent girls, that's why I do not use Photoaccompanhantes. And if you use it, be sure the girls have verified photos, if they do not, there is an agency in the middle, always. And agency means, usually, troubles and always an higher cost. In Brazil there are better websites. Photoaccompanhantes is trash. In Medellin Facebook is a better option, also worked for Badoo. It's a bit slow, but you can get some results.

I was in Bogota in February 2020, I had plans to return the end of March but the country was sealed off by then. The constant changes by the government was bizarre. Lopez was on an ego trip trying to show up Duque, her designs on running for President certainly was making the situation more difficult. I have tentative plans to return to Bogota mid January but that is a 50 50 situation at best.
