I only found this post cause I searched for Opium and of course you're the only one who's been there. I think you need to revisit. For me it's the gem of Walking Street right now at least based on a Sunday night line up. One of the mamas that you know either from Palace or Pin Up is there.

Just noticed my Friday night review was actually from Saturday night. No big deal.

My tour tonight got absolutely derailed but here's what led to it.

First off let's do a active Walking Street gogo bar head count. Hope I didn't miss any. Russian and Indian bars are irrelevant to me so not on this list. Many closed ones not on the list either.

First stop tonight.

1. Palace of course in search of my "sometimes Red" bear friend. Not there. Pop 115 baht. Didn't stay long. There is a big sofa that I didn't notice yesterday up near the 1st stage. There is a sign on the table saying 10,000 baht VIP! I laughed when I saw it. If I knew any of the girls there tonight I would have had one take a photo of it for me. It's almost comedic. Who is paying 10,000 baht just to sit in an area that I would never normally sit in to begin with. At least put the sofa where stage 2 it at so you can see all 3 stages more easily. Line up on Sunday no where as good as on Saturday. Not that many girls.

2. Figured I'd go check out Skank agogo aka Windmill. On the way up I noticed Windmill 2 across the way. Never been so in I went. Made a loop then a waitress grabbed my hand and led me back for another circle. Another circle later she takes me upstairs. I get it there's more girls up there none too appealing. Back down we go for another loop. Then I spot 3 girls huddled in a corner and thought hey these girls don't look half bad for Windmill type girls. I picked one but regretted I didn't pick the other one instead. She plops herself down and has a really deep voice. Scared me at first but I was pretty sure Windmill 2 isn't hiring ladyboys. She turned out to be a nice girl. Fantastic DFK and very perky decent sized tits. I was the only person in there being a dirty skank which shocked me. 3. Okeabos. I almost went here last night so made sure it was near the top of the list for tonight. I walked in and was a bit surprised at what I saw. Anyone know which gogo bar this used to be? Miami? It looks really large on the outside but isn't so big inside. It has a single high center stage like in a theatre. You sit in really nice comfortable leather sofas all facing the center stage. Pop 125. Not many girls and not really my style but I'm glad I went. If you can find a girl in here you like this would be a great place to hang out. There was one girl sitting in the corner who I thought was staring at me but not sure. She was easily the best girl there for me. As I walked out she made teary motions to me so I guess it was me she was staring at.

4. Opium. This is where my night tour ends. I walked in as the models were getting off. Then a group of 28 cute little petite girls popped up on stage. WTF I couldn't believe me eyes. Hasn't been since Nui2 aka Runway in 2016 since I saw a cute group of young girls all at once on stage. I would have bought at least 14 of them drinks but some of my favorites were 109 114 201 123 133 153 116. Those are just the numbers I remember off the top of my head hours later. Yes my memory is fading with age. I did the tipping 100 baht while she was on stage and sure enough she came right over after her stage show. When she sat down she told me up front she's already been barfined and has to leave at 11 pm. Ok we still have lots of time. I didn't even have to train her to drink slowly. She milked her drink and we laughed so hard. Just the gems on why I put myself through all this at times. She was the only one of the 50+ models tonight I liked.

As I have said its not really what made Pattaya to begin with. There is a limit to how much more a tourist should pay compared to a local. And when its double or triple then that limit has been passed. I want to inform everyone what the local prices are so you know and don't cluelessly overpay. Haggle the price, don't just buy anything. SPecially now when there is little customers. I also think that asking high prices is doing nothing but making people go to other places, which is sad. I think everybody losses in the end. I don't have to pay the exact same price as thaimen but not triple the price. When 40 year olds or fat uglies in Bangkok are asking 2500-3000, then it is pretty messed up. Thaimen pay 3000 baht to supermodel-class girls.

Kissing DATY etc is aksed for by thaimen to. I have seen it at thai webpages. So this about others being more demanding is not true. DO you think a korean computer nerd is that demanding?

She knows the farang will be gone in a week or so and most likely he will not even be a repeat customer in that frame of time. The Thai customer might become a regular and a weekly one too.

Get 2-4 of them everyday and with a couple of dozens Thais, she has a steady income not far from 50 k / month without hunting too much. The occasional farang at 1500 will be a bonus a few times a week.

I wouldn't feel ripped off by paying 1500 vs. The 800. It's a trade business.
