As for Nana Hooters, just ask the pappasan or manager on duty. They will tell you which girls can get barfined and which cannot. The tall Russian bartender is a good recommendation. There are short time rooms near. Just make sure you don't eat the wings before you try to take them out. Your breath will stink.
I've been to BKK several time in the past, but it has been 5 years sine zI was here. All of the previous trips had been mostly to Pattaya, with a couple of days in BKK.
Long trip, with a couple of delays, was made easier by flying Business Class on the new Delta Airbus 350's. The Delta One Suite is very nice. Checked into the Marriott Marquis Queens' Park, which also a new Hotel for me. Will be here 3 nights, then 5 nights at the JW Marriott.
Since I hadn't been here for awhile, I reached out to another member on this Board. We met for cocktails, and I decided to make my 1st ever trip to Soi Cowboy. Have to say, I was kind of impressed with the number of quality ladies that we ran into outside of all of the Go-Go's. We started, and finished at Doll House. While the 1st floor is usually not nude, it was when we first waled in around 8:30. My intention was to go to a couple of places and check them out, but there were about 3 spinners there, who impressed me. The downside of Doll House, is that their Bar Fine is 1,000 plus 2 lady drinks, so the damage up front is a little high. Since My friend speaks pretty good Thai, I had him talk to Pang for me. I think her # is either 53 or 57. She was very cute, 21, and a Coyote. A little high at 3,000, but I guess that is the going rate at Doll House now, as the waitress kept saying that. Rather than try and negotiate price, Pang agreed to be pretty open minded. On that she delivered, and she did a great job of focusing on my pleasure. She would have agreed to a 2nd shot, but at my tender age of 68, that wasn't going to happen. She provided all services that I wanted, but lacked the passion that I find is usually the case with most Go_go girls. I would barfine again for ST, but wouldn't want to do LT with her. BTW, when I got back to the Marriott Queen's Park, I went upstairs to the Rooftop Bar, and there were some great looking ladies up there. They were all with guys, but I mean some incredible looking ladies. Great place to bring your lady, and it has live entertainment.

It is good to point out to ET that Coyotes in Dollhouse are barfinable and do fuck (for most part). In my recent visit about 1 week ago, talent was not that good when I arrived (Friday night). Maybe 2 girls acceptable downstairs. Previous visits saw a much better standard so possible I arrived after best girls were already gone. I could see they had some naked girls upstairs mostly hags, so did not get me too interested. 8. 30 Pm to 9. 30 pm is probably best. One very pretty small Coyote girl I know. I'the feel really awkward bringing it up since hooters is supposed to be a real restaurant outside of Thailand but on other hand I'm right around the corner from that hooters in terms of my hotel, always wanted to fuck a hooters girl, and some of the Thai girls in there can be really cute.

I would say there is no harm in asking whoever is supposed to be a "papasan" in the place if the girls are barfine-able, although I think there is actually a sign posted on the premises (or maybe it was in the Soi 15 Hooters) on the topic to the effect of "Don't Even Ask". So there is that.
On the point about taking a Nana Hooters girl to a nearby Short Time hotel should the unexpected occur and some purported "papasan" okays it with one of the them, I can tell you in all the times I have been in and around Nana Hooters I have never and I mean never seen one of those girls emerge from the back of the restaurant in plain street clothes and walk out of the place with a customer headed for a nearby Short Time hotel. I have also never had any other local expat say he'd ever seen such a thing first hand either. Not saying it has never happened. It's Thailand and anything is possible. Just saying I have never seen it, never been told first hand by anyone else that they have seen it.
And I assure you a lot of the expats I am referring to are always on the lookout for such a sign of barfine-able life with regard to the Bangkok Hooters girls. I would imagine it is entirely probable that some of those Hooters girls have been fucked by guys they met in the place at some point, money involved or not. But the barfine-able, change into street clothes, head to a nearby Short Time hotel and then return to work part of it seems a stretch to me.

That is not to say that girls there have not met customers where a mutual attraction has led to a relationship of sorts but no different to could happen at a Starbucks. Quite a few sex establishments are not hiring girls under 20, can't say I understand it. It violates their right to work and make money IMHO.
The rectification for me, was that the Hotel allowed me to check her in as a regular Hotel guest (I had booked for two). She was staying the night anyway. So I can have a room for two including a 19 YO girl, but I cannot have a "visitor" aged 19. Go figure! Sounded stupid to me. Fortunately I don't take street walker girls back to my Hotel. In my experience, the behaviour at any Hotel is likely to be inconsistent. Depends on which member of staff you happen to meet.
Always good to have a ST Hotel in mind as a backup in case of running into difficulties at your regular Hotel, and girl is not trusted enough to be "Checked in" normally. ST Hotels never check anything about the girl, not nationality, Gender, age, nothing. Most customers at the ST Hotel I normally use, are Asian and are bringing a LB. LOL.

And the catch is the proprietor or seller of the booze is the one who gets hit with legal charges. So maybe there is some issue with a hotel room having a mini bar from which the girl might "buy" a beer or another alcoholic beverage at some point. Room service booze purchases might come into play as well.
Where that theory falls apart though is what about anyone under the age of 20 staying in that same hotel room, a child with his parents for instance. Are they prevented from going to the room too? No.
But maybe an unspoken understanding between the cops/judges and hotel proprietors in Bangkok that the most likely scenario is an apparent P4P customer and his 18 or 19 year old date is when almost all the mini bar raiding is likely to happen takes precedence and there is no way for the hotel "seller" of the booze to claim ignorance or surprise about that. The fear level about it might vary from hotel to hotel or depend on how often a particular hotel has had a close call on the issue.
