This is exactly the same percentage as the US.

Some of the hotels have a problem with girls coming up to rooms at night time but usually, the 'problem' is easily solved by giving a little 'tip' to the security guard to avoid the situation.

But, as I said, meeting a girl in the bar and then taking her up to the room is the best solution - security will just think that she is your girlfriend unless the girl is really well known.

However, the Ice Hockey will still be running during the time that you are planning on coming to Riga, so availability anywhere is going to be limited (I've never seen the city as busy as it was while I was walking around this afternoon).

It's a loud partying atmosphere, rowdy, drunken, some fights. Prices are artificially high for everything.
