It seems that I will have an opportunity to sample the cewek at both Pontianak and Balikpapan (on separate trips) sometime in Sept to Nov 2011. Would greatly appreciate if members here could guide me on the following:

(1) best place to get cewek for both cities.

(2) standard market prices for ST and LT.

(3) recommended brothels / ktvs to get cewek.

Anyone reading this, remember two things : it's in the eye of the beholder, and some people post BS. I've been to Malioboro and it was just a shopping mall with mostly ordinary, a few decent looking women working in shops. Sorry, but some of these posts will cause people to waste time and money and then be pissed off and disappointed.

Good news on lombok there are a few mps that are open for FS in the senggigi area. I was on island for two weeks in June and visited senggigi regularly. The mp's in senggigi sq. Have improved over past months. I stopped to review a restaurant menu there and was approached by one of the girls from a mp next door for full body massage. I agreed and went upstairs to their rooms. Massage was billed at 60rp, negotiated 300rp for FS. Girls are all from java. Great bod, good service, BBBJ and mish, hf, shower. Just before Ramadan I spent some nights in Solo. Like last year, asked becak drivers outside Novotel to bring me to an aquarium. First one was big with good choice and also seemed to have possibility of rooms at the spot. 400000 Rp for a girl for two hours. Chose Nia, nica looking, friendly & rather tall. Good service as well. Next day, same becak driver brought me to another place though I insisted on going to the same place. Probably he won't get a commission twice. Second place also had nice girl, price quoted at 500000 but eventually got her at 400000. Then the other nights I went to the first place by myself and took Nia again. It is easy to find. Going along J. Slamet Ryadhi (main street) from the Super Mall to the east, turn left on a street signposted 'solo boutique hotel', then first street to the right and the first entrance door on that street. Spent 2 nights at Bunaken island. 1 night in the forest (cannot remember name now, will have to check my records) , drove by the entire countryside and visited the well-known volcanoes and lakes, lots to do really. At Manado, stayed at the Swiss Belhotel, however I recommend the Ritzy hotel, little more expensive but much better location, directly facing ocean.

With regard to women, some freelancers can be picked up, got some eye contact when walking on the seaside promenade alone (where the new malls are located). Saw many cute freelancers at a discotheque called Score, was told they were available at the other 2-3 nightclubs too. Saw a stunner leaving my hotel late night after finishing with customer, I think the hotel security arranged it. Saw many bules with local Minahasan women at Bunaken, so there are definitely possibilities, I would have had better knowledge had a gone alone. Also met a local on the plane to Manado who asked me to call him if I needed a woman, I have deleted his number.

The Minahasans are mainly Christian and quite open-minded, so I believe finding some action should be easy. Don't miss eating the dog while you're there (local speciality).

Next to Square Restaurant on the main drag of the Senggigi resort area, there is a large cul-de-sac / plaza place called Senggigi Square. There is a security box at the front on the roadside as you enter this plaza. As you walk in, look to your left and there is an MP called "Amor", with a big pink love heart sign at the front. There are also two or three girls sitting out front fanning themselves with menus. They will call out to you as you walk past. Choose a girl and you'll go upstairs to little curtained off rooms. Massage is 60, 000 and extras are negotiated. BBBJ and FS, they provide condoms. A bit dingy, but not bad.

As for other options in the area, there is also Jalan Pantai Senggigi (on the road to Senggigi Beach resort, where you'll find two MPs either side of the mini-mart. On the little side street between Happy Café (on the main drag) and Senggigi Plaza, there are a few as well. All have roughly the same pricing system. All of these places (including Amor) are within five minutes walk of each other.

A little bit south of the main part of Senggigi, there are lots of other options. Follow the main street south (with the beach off to the right) , and you'll reach the Marina Pub, which is on your left. The outside front bar is fairly peaceful, with sports on TV and covered tables and a bar. Inside, there is a disco. There is a cover charge, but it was only small change. I was there on a Saturday, and there were lots of freelancers and a few expats in here. A lot of them (the freelancers that is, not the expats) were stumbling into the bar on high heels and seemed to be coming from the night club across the street, but I never went in to look.

Further south from Marina Pub, there are plenty of options geared towards locals. You will need a Bluebird, as it spreads out a bit from this point. There are MPs and a couple of One-Stop Entertainment Plazas. I never went into any of them due to time constraints. I also had a minder with me most of the time, so exploring was limited.

If you like the chicken farm set-up, the area behind Hotel Karolina might be of interest. Continuing south past Marina Pub, you'll eventually see the turn-off (there's a sign on the roadside). It's a dark, seedy kind of place. There's a bar and karaoke lounge and also hotel rooms, not that you would stay here. When you rock up, they will try to arrange a line-up for you take you to the fishbowl, which is behind the hotel, down a lane (I. E. Heading further away from the beach). Unlike other parts of Senggigi, which is very touristy, everyone knows the only possible reason you are in this area is to find pussy. This is also the cheapest place I could find girls in the area. Quoted 150, 000 for the fishbowl girls, did not attempt to bargain, nor did I partake. The karaoke system was explained to me, but I did not understand it. I was also very pressed for time, as I had an appointment back at the resort.

I was mostly tied up for the three days I was there, so this was mainly a reconnaissance trip. Hopefully there might be some info in here for others to follow up on.

Of five taxi plus one ojek trips I took only one driver did not claim access to cewek (Girls)

Seems many of the local Uni girls rent themselves out for a fee. The standard appears to be 1 million Rps. Not cheap, though the one I sampled was worth it.

Came to hotel room no problem with the said taxi providing the transportation. 19 years old very cute, but a little shy. Eventually came around though. She claimed she had a friend who would also provide but didn't get chance to try.

One taxi driver also gave me coordinates of a spa (location Walter Moningsidi) where he claimed it was possible to arrange takeout. Tried the massage and was very happy with the outcome.

Other than that many girls in malls are more than willing to talk to Bules. Didn't see any that were obviously on the make though.

Otherwise there are many Karaoke bars where the girls are available for takeout, expensive after paying room, drink and girl fees. Fishbowl type selection, all Indonesian. Mamasan is best info source.

Clubs (bars) in town also are a possibility, Score and Corner being the largest. They don't really get going till late though (after 11:30) and only on certain nights. One girl at Score was obviously there for the taking but didn't sample as she wasn't my type.

Novotel is a bit isolated IMO. Just take taxi out there when need to play golf.

Peninsula hotel has great discount rates on weekends if you have KITAS.

I will be arriving from Bangkok beginning December and plan to stay for 10 days or so.

I never heard from KITAS, do I get a good deal from peninsula when booking on internet?

Eager to know some useful tel. Numbers.
