My bet is perhaps a few guys are paying more, and maybe this could be disputed, as logic would dictate that the pricing would be less, not more than before.

I'm sure we have beat this topic to death, but everyone rolls their own and different way in MDE. To those Centro mongers, paying 200-250 mil may seem ridiculous. But it's about the experience, the connection, the talent, the time, and much more.
