Hi mongers, below is a report for Nairobi, and all activities are around first week of October 2023.

I have separated the narrative into sections, detailing what where and price as best as I remember.

Using info from this site, I set out to look for massage within CBD and vicinity, with saving time being most important on my list. First, I checked the massage place at at Dev towers (Not sure of the Spa name, there was La Celeb and Jephers) but it's the one on 6th floor. Location is 21 Biashara street, and it's a 6 level building with brick exterior, it spans Biashara street and Tubman roads.

In the past they had 4 massage businesses in that building, but lately the only that I know is the one on 6th floor. The lift never works, so it's quite a work-out climbing the stairs to 6th floor. When I went there, the selection was 7 ladies looks about 6-8 and you pick the girl that you want. Massage only is 3 k and then the extra depends on what you negotiate with the girl. Extra is CBJ, HJ, full service. I opted for massage and full service and total was 5 k. I don't remember the names of the girls, but in any case they change the names that they give to clients. They accept both cash or Mpesa with Paybill number. Overall service was okay, a 7 out of 10.

Crystal Spa: It's located a few buildings down Biashara street from Dev towers (Market Mansion, a white building at 33 Biashara street) Massage place is on 4th floor, and to be clear there are other beauty and spas in the bulding, some are open door with female customers, and they did not advertise massage (I assume these are salons etc). At Crystal, there is a madam at reception and a locked door behind her. I was brought the line up, 8 girls in total. I chose Kiki, slim girl, and I made sure to note the color of her dress, and shape / size making it easier for their madam to call for you the right girl. She did great massage; full service was about okay and overall experience was 8 out of 10 for me. Damage was 4. 5 K paid via Mpesa, and I tipped her 500. Interesting fact, they have a pay-bill number and have posted warnings in the room not to give ask the girls for their numbers, and for you as the customer not to be harassed by the girls to give them your number. In the same building there is a massage parlour called " Pals Lounge" I did not try it, but they have a placard on the front of the building.

Pucolin Spa: It's in Westlands, at 15 Westlands road. It's in a residential 4 floor courtyard building, next to Nairobi Technical institute and opposite the gate for Graffins college. This was by far my best experience. There is a placard at the gate for the spa, with a phone number written. There is a security guard at the gate, but he did not ask any questions, and if coming by Uber, they can drive into the compound and drop you off in the courtyard. The Spa is inside the first building on your left from the gate, and there is a placard at the entry. The madam came and explained that massage was 3. 5 K, extras are up to you to negotiate with the girl. Again, the lineup was sent in of 8 women in total looks about 5-8. Cuter and more relaxed than those at CBD spas. I picked ' Sharon ' she was the youngest looking and seemed to have a nice attitude. She came in and asked what I wanted. I replied full service, she quoted 2. 5 K, bargained down to 2 K. She said that she mostly gets asked to do HJ and covered BJ. She said she is 21 years old, and that could be true, perk up tits, narrow waist, flat tummy, body is tight, no kids and she got down to work. Massage was like 45 minutes, followed by FS. I ended up giving her the extra 500 anyway. I paid cash there, not sure if they take Mpesa, you can ask. It's an older residential flat, with ensuite bedrooms (4) well maintained. In the same building across the door was another Massage spa (Nokay Parlour) but I never tried them.

City Spa: Located at Jubilee House, on Muindi Mbingu street, opposite Jenanjee park. Its next to " House of Leather" and it's a red building, you walk up one level. Place is quite run down, and the madam is a hustler. She came into the room and said she will choose a girl for me. I insisted that I want to see the line up and pick one myself, she asked why I didn't trust her choice, and I said send them in and I pick. A total of 8 girls showed up, and I picked one " Aisha" who had a coast accent. The madam came back and said that she was unavailable because she was waiting for a client. I was sent another girl, I don't remember her name, slim and light skinned. Madam had stated clearly that 3. 5 K was the house fee for massage, extra you negotiate with the girl. This light skinned girl quoted 7 K. I asked for what, she said "any extra". At this point I asked her what about the house fee, she said that was separate. I said no way, and she was willing to come down to 4 K for herself plus house fee. At this point I left the room and went to reception and told madam I was going to leave. The light skinned girl came to reception too, and then said she can come do the massage for reduced 3 K only, then extra I get another girl. I refused because I don't see how once the massage is done, and I'm hard, then another girl is going to come in and we negotiate. My gut feeling was that this girl was not really into full service, and di not care for the extra money, or maybe some beef with the madam, or house etc. At this point the girl from coast was called in, and she agreed.

To do massage and extra total fee 6 K. Although I did not hear explicitly at the beginning, the only problem was she did not commit to sex at the beginning, but she guaranteed satisfaction, and in Swahili gave the impression that she was good for the job. No more talk of she was waiting for another client. Her looks were about 8 out of 10, attitude a 9. Once she undressed, I would give her mid to upper 20's, well maintained body. Her massage was 8 out of 10, with lots of body rubbing, naked and hit all the right areas. Then the surprise came when I said that I was satisfied with the massage. She did not get a rubber as I'm used to. She rubbed my balls with her hands a bit, then started doing a BBBJ. I asked her what was going on, and she said that its how she was going to satisfy me. Not sure the reason not to have sex, she did not explain. As it happens the BJ got me popping pretty soon. She agreed to be paid via Mpesa, and she told me that now since I have her number I can 'book' her next time I'm coming to the place. Her name for Mpesa is not what she had given at the intro, but that is common. She insisted she was the only coastarian at the Spa, and anyone coming should ask for her. My take of the place was poorly maintained spa, terms not clear at all, double-speak etc. From what I could tell girls do give clients numbers and either get booked or maybe service outside? For context I'm black male, was born and raised in Kenya, fluent in Swahili, some sheng, and I use Swahili in all these transactions, so quite unlikely that they were trying to take advantage of a tourist / naive guy.

On a side note, I have heard the phrase action at ' Kabarnet Gardens' by locals on social media etc. Can someone with experience point out any spas or parlours in that area? On Google maps there is Kabarnet road, off Ngong road, and there are some businesses advertising massage amongst beauty etc. In Nairobi my sense is that whether full body massage plus extras are offered, is a discretion of the business, and mongers know or point out where to look.

I'm able to transact from the Mpesa App on wifi anywhere. Every few months I turn 'ON' the Safaricom line via e-sim and buy some airtime to keep the line open. I have done this for about 2 years. To be clear the initial Mpesa activation was at a Safaricom shop when they activated my e-sim. Another thing with the train is that you have to submit a form of ID either local Kenyan ID card or passport when buying the ticket in person, and when boarding the train.
