Shin-Okubo and Koenji
I had two questions for some of the older members who are more informed then I am about Tokyo: 1) I read some old post about SW in Shin-Okubo, but these post are several years old. Can anyone give me any pointers or info about this area? 2) I heard from a friend that in Koenji this are two places that are gaijin friendly that you can get a BJ at for 3k yen. I went there around, "Central Street, " but most of the places did not allow gaijin in. Anyoen kwno anythign about this? Again thanks for the info youg guys provide. My experiences in Japan are a lot better thanks to your guys feedback and info. I hope mine is helpful as well.
I went to Janjan today, the doorman showed me in then the guy inside like muttered something to me in a low voice, I couldn't hear him so I asked him to repeat and he just said 'you don't understand, so get out'.I then said, I understand japanese, I couldn't hear wtf you just said, it was noisy with the music and you just muttered something incoherent. He was like 'just get out'The guy was clearly just a fucking racist, and muttered shit just as an excuse to get rid off me. As I was leaving I just said to him that you're jealous of us westerners for having bigger cocks. He didn't say shit to me after that and I just walked out.As I was leaving a tout from another one ushered me in (walking from the station, down that road its the first on the right). Paid 3000, got a terrible blowjob from a girl who barely got her mouth over the cock head, what a waste of time.Sick of xenophobic, racist japan. No wonder hardly any gaijin live here.
There's obviously a lot left out here--except your stinkin' attitude. Your handle pretty much shows your crudity, I think, and no one on this board for years has had such an experience at Jan Jan. If your Japanese is so good, how did you say to the guy inside "wtf?" Japanese language has no comparable expression. Maybe your Japanese is so feable they really couldn't understand you, but the hostile "up yours" attitude written all over you got to him. It sure would me if I were in such a job, and I'd tell you to get out, too.Maybe it's time for a continent change.

I left out nothing, absolutely nothing. It was blatent racism, if you don't believe me then fine, I don't give a shitI've used hinomaru, little bear at least 10 times each, never had a problem. I speak fluent japanese, I've lived here 8 years now.Once again, if you think I'm bending the truth or I did something that I'm not saying, fine, don't believe me, but I know deep down I did nothing wrong. I was let in by the doorman then the guy downstairs just basically told me to get out in as rude a manner as he possible could. It was early afternoon, about 2pm on Wednesday when I went in, my first time there and obviously my last as don't tolerate racism. Try at that time, perhaps the same prick works at that hour, see for yourself.I'm sure there are people here who don't want to believe this happened, fine, you don't have to but I'm entitled to report an act or racism, which it was.Anyway, I shall go back to my free blowjobs, aka the girlfriend. I'm starting to feel bad for cheating on her anyway by going into these sleezy places.Feel free to try racist janjan at that time, go ahead. I bet someone else will soon report racism from them too, because that's what they are.Anyway, this board disapoints me, I thought fellow gaijins would be disguisted with the way I was treated, instead I just get accused of being a liar or whatever. Fine, have it yourway, but if that place discriminates against you don't say I didn't warn you.

Anyway
I was let in by the doorman then the guy downstairs just basically told me to get out in as rude a manner as he possible could.
What might have happened is that you looked like some other gaikokujin (possibly someone even lurking on these boards? ;-p) who threw a tantrum and caused some kind of problem a couple of weeks ago -- thus the attitude. Who knows? I've been barred from a bar or two in Japan simply for looking like somebody the bouncer had to throw out the weekend before. Believe it or not, we tend to all look the same (whether white, brown, yellow, whatever) to those outside our own racial group.Or it could have been something else entirely. In any case it is important to keep your cool, if not for your own benefit then for mine, er, I mean ours. Anyway. How's Little Bear? I've never tried it, but meant to get over there and check it out based on some (dated) reviews here. What's the system there? Is FS potentially available 'under the counter' depending on the girl?ES

i am not doubting your story. your attitude sounds a little screwed up. most foreign residents of japan, me included, have encountered racism. if you can't tolerate that then i'm not sure how you survive here because it's everywhere, whether you are aware of it or not, perhaps you don't see the nuance when it's applied to you, but i do and i just smile, remain polite, apologize for bothering them and i walk away. going around expecting people to respect you just doesn't work in japan. it might work in the west, in the 'hood or other places where disrespect is respected but not in japan, and it doesn't matter how fluent you are. disrespect is not something that's respected here, it doesn't matter for shit with these people so don't think you can demand respect just because you wish it. remember that these people have the protection of people who can make your life uncomfortable, too. the whole business is protected so why tug on superman's cape?i believed what happened as you stated. what i vehemently disapprove of is you fucking it up for the rest of us by having your fucked up attitude. it is your sort of behavior that ruins it for the rest of us. so what if the guy was mean-spirited and insulted you. that's happened to me before and you have to suck it up and walk away, hopefully with an apology and a smile on your face. you are not entitled to anything and you are nothing more than their guest so if you act like a guest, even when being treated rudely, at least you don't leave the stink around for the next guy who looks like you that comes in. i'm guessing some guy with an attitude who looks like you preceded you and fucked it up for you. call it mistaken identity or whatever, shit like that happens.your problem is you took it personally. when someone gives me shit like that i move on. why talk back, make a scene or otherwise worsen the situation? if it makes you feel better then you need to reassess your process. it's not doing anyone any favors, including yourself.i don't think anyone here really cares much about how you were treated. it's happened to everyone who frequents these establishments so it's nothing special. i spend quite a bit of time just peeking my head into these places (mostly off-limit healths) seeing if i can catch the tencho on a good day. i have a remarkable failure rate (seems like 100%) but i've learned to deal with it and move on. on those very rare occasions when i am successful i treat it as a distinct honor and act as gentlemanly as possible. when i'm rejected, sometimes with a "get out!" or worse, i smile and move on. sure, i feel belittled and disrespected but what can i do? it's not the time to compare dick sizes and try to get a shot in before you leave. what does that do? it merely reinforces the stereotype of the ugly foreigner.lastly, i'm not sure how you have lived in japan for eight years and you can't tolerate racism. you must be really naive and don't see it or you must be one frustrated sob, because i see it and hear it continuously, even at my workplace which is a foreign company doing business in japan. it's very subtle at times and you wouldn't even notice it until its either pointed out to you or you finally get it, but it's there, no doubt about it.you shouldn't be disappointed with this board. yes, people here are disgusted with how you were treated but they are just as disgusted or more disgusted in your reaction to it. i don't think anyone here doubts for a microsecond that any of these places have the right to discriminate against any of us so there is no need to warn anyone here. we have "been there, done that" too many times. the rule is to be discriminated against. the exception is to be invited in. that's the way things are and you can't change it.
i left out nothing, absolutely nothing. it was blatent racism, if you don't believe me then fine, i don't give a shiti've used hinomaru, little bear at least 10 times each, never had a problem. i speak fluent japanese, i've lived here 8 years now.once again, if you think i'm bending the truth or i did something that i'm not saying, fine, don't believe me, but i know deep down i did nothing wrong. i was let in by the doorman then the guy downstairs just basically told me to get out in as rude a manner as he possible could.it was early afternoon, about 2pm on wednesday when i went in, my first time there and obviously my last as don't tolerate racism. try at that time, perhaps the same prick works at that hour, see for yourself.i'm sure there are people here who don't want to believe this happened, fine, you don't have to but i'm entitled to report an act or racism, which it was.anyway, i shall go back to my free blowjobs, aka the girlfriend. i'm starting to feel bad for cheating on her anyway by going into these sleezy places.feel free to try racist janjan at that time, go ahead. i bet someone else will soon report racism from them too, because that's what they are.anyway, this board disapoints me, i thought fellow gaijins would be disguisted with the way i was treated, instead i just get accused of being a liar or whatever. fine, have it yourway, but if that place discriminates against you don't say i didn't warn you.
try this...
As I was leaving I just said to him that you're jealous of us westerners for having bigger cocks. He might demonstrate to you the perfect art of Sonny Chiba on your ego.

The simple fact that you think "those sleazy places" shows your own discriminatory feelings; if you think they're sleazy, then whoever works there is sleazy and not worthy of your respect, I suspect. Ever been treated like shit by an employee of the same race in your own country? I have--so many times I couldn't count them. But I've only experienced such treatment a handful of times in Japan during the past 13+ years. I lay that on the individual, not the whole country. Having lived in four very different countries, and traveled all over the world, I can assure you that racism (and ethnic/nationality prejudice as well) is common in all international/cross-cultural situations. Fortunately, in Japan, it's almost never blatant or violent, so I can live with that. If you can't, you should just go back to where you came from, try your attitude there, and see where it gets you. It'd be interesting to know whether "the girlfriend" is Japanese or Other, why you've been frequenting places you call "sleezy" for so long and why you're just now starting to feel guilty about cheating on your girlfriend. Sounds like you have some pretty serious cognitive dissonance going on in addition to a bad attitude.

I always try to treat people with respect, regardless of how much I don't like them. When someone at one of these places disrespects me, I still show them respect, perhaps hoping that it might change their behavior. In Japan, foreigners are disrespected as a matter of course. It's institutionalized behavior and every Japanese feels superior to every non-Japanese. It's part of growing up in a society where the majority exceeds 95%. Just take a look at how Gypsies/Roma are treated in western Europe, now that's what I call disrespect.Regarding the sleaze comment, I find that a bit aloof and totally disengaged from reality. If you're a customer of these places then "you are what you eat" in my mind and if you think these places are sleazy then you are a sleazeball of similar degree.
As I said before, your attitude was no doubt written all over you; it jumps out at me clearly from some of the things you write, so the guy most likely perceived it, too. Mangosteen (Shin Okubo)
The search for a Thai massage palor with a happy ending led me to Shin Okubo and a place that has caught my attention for a long time. Mangosteen is about a 7 minute walk from Shin Okubo station and is on the 4th floor on a building with a couple of Korean restaurants. I made an appointment the previous day. This is best to avoid disappointment. Accompanied with a friend and the website discount coupon, we rang the doorbell and entered. The place was very clean and there were around 6 rooms separated with 2 meter walls. Each room had a curtain for a door. My friend and I both chose the 90 minute oil massage with a 10 minute 'kougan' testes massage. The price was 11,000 yen and kougan massage was 2,000 yen but with coupon discount it came to 11,000 yen. The kougan massage isn't listed on their website. The girls are exactly how they look on the website. I was given Fumi and my friend was given Kaori. The shower room was small but clean as well. After having a shower I was let to my room. The room had tiles and a futon was in the middle of it. The rooms were small but just enough space for easy movement of the masseuse. The room was dimmed with a red light. The actual massage was pretty good but I have had better. My friend told me that his massage was just okay as Kaori was pretty new at it. Near 10 minutes to the end Fumi started the kougan massage. I enjoy these massages but after a while Fumi grabbed my hand and told me that I had to finish off myself. I really didn't mind not getting a HJ but out of obligation I finished myself off. My friend was also told to finish himself off. He readily complied. So all in all a nice place but without the HJ I've come to expect from other places. http://mangosteen.jp/index.html

I've been to this place as well and had the same experience. A lot of these Thai massage places apparently around allowed to do the extras because they don't have a license. The massages are hit or miss depending on the girl you get. Some give a really great massage. Shin Okubo has a few thai massage places and they all seem to have the same format. This place in Shinjuku is a little more liberal with the "hanky panky". http://www.asian-feeling.net/Although YMMV, in my experience they will give you a massage and HJ. If the girl likes you, she'll show you her breasts if you ask.
On the pink guide list someone said he had dated Erika before and that she had made adult movies. I checked, and by jolly, it is true. If you google for Marie Fujisaki, you can find several movies with her.I can now say that I have humped an AV actress, hurah! :-)
Heh, I had a session with her a few weeks ago and I knew she looked familiar but I just couldn't place it. Even when I first answered the door, I must have given her this look of recognition since she later brought up something about that (but she only said that many people mistake her for being Korean and start talking to her in that language). I first just chalked it up to her bearing a very slight resemblance to J-actress Maya Miki. But finding out about this and searching around in kanji/kana, it turns out I had watched some of her uncensored office lady flicks from 99bb which is why she looked (face and body) familiar :) Gotta say she is way prettier in person than most of the cover/screen shots from some of the videos she has been in. Also, I think she is at least in her 30's (a few years older than what is noted on the AM site) just based on the sort of stuff we were able to talk about.I hope this doesn't mess things up for her at AM. While she wasn't a Maria, I still enjoyed her easy going laid back demeanor. Just conversing with her about a whole bunch of things was fun because she is pretty smart, witty and has a great sense of humor (her laugh is great). Plus she really enjoyed oral (we spent nearly half an hour 69'ing). I still had a fun time with her and even finding out about this, would still recommend her (with the caveat about her being very laid back and not to expect a strong GFE).If anyone wants a detailed report about Erika as an AM girl, let me know.

Thai Massage
Hi Inasia,I've yet to try Asian Feeling but from a few reports on this board show it to be a nice place. How many times did you visit Asian Feeling and how many of those times did they show breasts? I will definitely try and get down there someday. I guess Asian Feeling is doing well as they have opened another shop not far from the first.http://www.asian-relax.net/Asian Relax only opened this month so it might be a good time to try it out. In my experience there are lots of Thai massage palors all around Tokyo but most without any extra services. It's kind of a hobby of mine to sample as many places as I can. Many of the places I found great unfortunately closed down after a few months.
I've been to this place as well and had the same experience. Prius,I agree with Inasia. Asian Feeling is a nice Thai massage place. It was one of my first expereinces in Tokyo and the place is really clean and the girls are as listed on there website. Also I think the site has a coupon for 1,000 yen off, but you can spend 1,000 yen to pic your girl as well. A 60 minute oil course was 10,000 yen. The massage was given by Ami who I think looked better then the pics listed. Also she speaks English much better then Japanese so it was easy just to talk in English. I beleive there are some other girls that speak English much better then Japanese as well. Thanks for your report BTW
The search for a Thai massage palor with a happy ending led me to Shin Okubo and a place that has caught my attention for a long time. I've been to Asian Feeling twice. Both times, I had girls that can speak English. I always try and have a nice conversation with the girls, and both times, they've been willing to show their body. I've been to Thailand a few times so it's easy to strike up a conversation with them.I'm in it mainly for the massage and HJ so I'm not looking for a lot of extras. If that's what you're into this place will suit your needs. I haven't been to Korean massage places yet. Anyone have any good recommendations? I'd like to try that next, but there is only a little bit of info here on these boards and I haven't been able to find many just walking around on the streets.
Hi Inasia,I've yet to try Asian Feeling but from a few reports on this board show it to be a nice place. As for myself I've only been to Trinity in Otsuka. It's been mentioned quite a few times on this board.http://www.paradise-bb.com/trinity/The girl I got went through the paces so didn't get a GFE at all. The massage was the sensual type with 'akasuri' scrubbing massage. It's nice if you are into that sort of thing. I'd rather a strong, relaxing massage so that is why I keep going back to Thai massage palors.PD
I've been to Asian Feeling twice. Both times, I had girls that can speak English.
