Inflation and supply and demand are what raise prices. Secondly, you can't compare what Thai people pay to what foreigners should pay. It is what it is for many reasons, such as language, culture and so on. Not all can play in the Thai pool. There are two reasons for this. Number 1 is language and number 2 is tourists don't have time for it and they don’t often go to the non tourist areas. I can never understand the logic of some punters blaming others for prices rising. It's simply not the case. Economics 101.

What is a constant in Pattaya is that there are so many different options with different price points, that cater to everyone's budget. Go where you can afford to go or go where you most enjoy yourself. It's when the punter who wants to pay 1000 for ST with no bar fine walks into XS go go or Pin Up and expects the same that causes issues and complaints. I compare this to restaurants. You don't go to Horizon at the Hilton when you only want to spend the same as street food costs. You also don't go to buy street food and expect to get beef tenderloin with a magnificent view.

In summary. Go where you want and spend what you want at places that match your budget or your idea of what you want to pay. There is a place that is a good match for everyone. Who worries about 500 baht while on vacation?

When demand goes up in high season, the girls charge more and are also more selective. They will pass on the expat who normally pays them 1500 baht and wait for the Korean tourist to come in who will pay double. I'm eager to immerse myself in the local culture, explore nearby attractions during the day, and experience the vibrant nightlife.

I would appreciate it if anyone could recommend accommodation in Pattaya for a 35-day longer stay. I'm open to different types of stays, from (hostels / guesthouses / hotels) to (homestays / Airbnb). Any pointers like where to look for it would be helpful.

For the nightlife, I heard Walking Street is a tourist trap. I can go for a night to experience it. Since I am staying for a month, which place would be great for clubs, parties, drinks, attractive girls, and sex?

If we are talking about mongering, let's say "bar" is a beer bar. Beer bars are located in places like Soi Bukao, Soi 6, Tree Town, Soi Maid in Thailand , and let's say Myth bar complex. They are also located in other areas as well, but these are the more well known areas. In these beer bars you can sit and buy drinks for yourself and chill. These bars also have girls working there and you can buy them a lady drink that will cost around 150 Baht give or take 10-20 Baht either way. The girls will mess around with you in the bar by twerking, dancing, sticking their hand down your pants and give you a wank for a few seconds and so on. Some bars, like on soi 6 will have short time rooms available for a few hundred Baht where you can go and fuck the girls for approximately 1000-1500 baht ST, where others won't have rooms on. Site. You can bar fine the girls and take them out of the bar for 500 Baht ST and around 700-2500 baht LT depending on the location of the Bar and the time of day. The girls normally charge 1000-1500 Baht ST and 2500 Baht and up for LT. These are beer bars so everything is very casual with the exception of Soi 6 bars that are very lady drink oriented. You will find girls working in these bars of all ages, shapes or sizes, from ugly, cute, beautiful, sexy, stunning and fat.

2. Bars and clubs.

These are normal bars or clubs, such as 808, Insomnia, and Republic. It's very simple. You go there and meet girls. Some are freelancers, some are bar girls on their day off or after work, some are normal girls. You can often meet full or part time freelancers there between 10 PM and 4 AM. The girls normally charge 1000-2000 baht ST and 2500 LT and up to 4000 LT or higher if they are stunners.

3. Gents clubs.

These are really laid back bars. They cater to expats who live in Pattaya, but they are also frequented by tourists. Beers and drinks are cheap for customers and you can go there just to shoot the shit with the boys or get naughty with a girl. The girls working there range in all ages, shapes and sizes and are ugly, cute, sexy, fat, beautiful with the odd stunner in the mix. Most if not all gents clubs have short time rooms for 400-500 Baht where you can take the girl for an hour or two. This will cost you about 1000-1500ST to the girl. You can also bar fine LT for about 700- 1000 Baht. The girl will normally ask 2500+++++depending on the girl. What sets this apart from a beer bar is that right in the bar, the girls will do some dirty shit. For a few drinks, they will get naked, let you touch them, and even give you a BJ or let you eat their pussy right there in the bar for everyone to see. Then they have curtained areas for about 300 Baht. Behind the curtain, you can basically do the same with the girl as you would do in the Short time room. The only difference is that you are behind a curtain while outside that curtain, customers and other girls are there. Generally the girls there are instructed not to be too pushy when. It comes to asking for lady drinks. You can also usually play or request music that you like. These gents clubs are located in Soi Bonchot, Soi Pothole, Soi Boomarang, and the rest are spread out all over the city. Central Pattaya, Jomtien, Pratamnak and other areas. My experience in these gents clubs has been excellent. As swell as walking street, there are Go go bars in LK Metro, a few small ones on Soi Bukao, such as Red Hot and Blue, and them a large one called Play Girlz. Then, there is one go go bar called Kink on LK metro. It is a strange fusion Go Go bar / gents club with Go Go bar prices and gents club action right there in the bar. This happens upstairs, so don't stay downstairs. When you go in, head directly upstairs. Then on Walking street there is Windmill, a scaled down version of Kink. For talent, meaning the youngest and sexiest girls between 20-25 would be Pin Up and XS on walking street.

Pattaya has something to offer everyone with different budgets, price ranges and tastes. That's why it is a fucking great city.

From Monday-Friday, I would meet up with freelancers from Thai Friendly, go to a few beer bars, and then try a few gents clubs. On the weekends, I would split it up between a go go on walking street one night and bar fine a go go girl LT like a baller and then a club like 808, Republic, or Insomnia on the 2nd night of the weekend and hook up with an FL. Of course the occasional customer who gives a 500 baht tip for a normal (as in not naughty) massage will not jack up the prices. But if a lot of customers would start doing that, it would eventually jack up the prices.
