Please someone tell me you can get ST for less or at least LT for 1-2 k more otherwise I may just head to South America.

I am not using the Ratchada Soapies that much any more, but some still exist, e. G. Poseidon, Emmanuelle, Hi Class, Merci / Maxee, Alaina?, I think Utopia still there, and small places.

As you would probably know, Nataree was the first to go for reasons of Tax Avoidance, and trafficking girls. I was never a fan of it, because of what the girls told me (not in English) about the lack of freedom and the "managers" and because of lack of experience of the newbie girls.

Places I liked, Bangkok Cosy and Cleopatra closed long before that, although neither in Ratchada.

The recent spate of closures has largely been due to use of Artesian (underground) water (which is illegal) as scientists believe it causes Bangkok to sink little by little.

Notable closures: Amsterdam one of the first to go and merged with Emmanuelle whose business was floundering. Amsterdam site redeveloped I guess.

For illegal water use: The Lord, Copacabana, Malibu (maybe no business), Long Beech, Victoria Secret, Ocean (formerly Colonze 4), Annies (Sukumvit Soi 4), etc.

There are probably others closed not coming to mind right now.

La Belle was doing poorly but might be doing better now.

Some newer Soapies have opened: Maria Entertainment looks mainly Thai oriented and other side from Poseidon (I have not even visited yet).

I can't even remember the name of major Soapy used to be opposite Emmanuelle roughly. Was a rip off place for Farangs. I assume it has gone. Had roman columns.

One of my last visits that went well was Meree on Petchburi road. Still a few places on Rama 9 road, not sure which closed in that area.

Was suggested some of the Lord girls moved to Colonze 1 but I never went to look if that was the case. Would be a big change of quality.

I don't find that Soapy girls seem to like Farangs as much as they used to 25 years ago. Maybe they just don't like old Farangs. I really find I need to have girls that really prefer Farangs and as so many Soapy girls seem dick scared and not very GFE these days. Still other Farangs are still doing okay I had a very poor success rate amongst new girls tried, in terms of wanting to repeat. I lost my last favourite in Amsterdam about 4 or 5 years ago who was quite tall and curvy but still slim. I had a better success rate at Annies (only 1 really dud girl), although few girls looked good enough of course. La Belle has been opposite, only Jip I repeated many times till gave her away when service declined (at least 6 years ago). Others tried there were not adequate GFE, or body not good enough.

For sure the dominance of surgeries girls has put me off the whole scene. Last Emmanuelle girl I tried was slim and stunning but crap on the bed. I guess she liked Asian student customers.

Only ever tried one girl at The Lord and was not good enough for the price. After my Amsterdam girl disappeared, I was doing other things for 2 or 3 years (away from Soapies too).

I really believe the overall Soapy girl attitude to Farangs has changed over the years, and my attitude to them has changed too in that I won't pick them if surgeries are too obvious. Maybe Soapy girls are much lazier than they used to be too. I am sure I would change my tune if I could find a really good girl or two at a less than crazy price. It all seemed much better in my early days at Chao Phraya 2. Now seems too much effort to go up to Ratchada.

P.S. Darling closed too. I never liked it at all.
A place to try, I recommend Ida (off Rama 3) . Only went there once and quite a while back, but looked good.

These days there are some MPs on Sukhumvit that offer spa bath and body slide mat, so become like a Soapy except no fishbowl to take your time choosing. That is the drawback.

Natty Bumpo is still enjoying La Belle. So try it. Hopefully surgeries don't bother you too much.

I was there a couple of months ago and spoke to one girl that I was interested in. She quoted 1000 BHT bar fine and 3500 BHT for short time. Cute girl but, I wasn't feeling her vibe. Kinda attitudish and snobby. I can speak some Thai and heard one of them whispering to ask for more. I declined and walked off only to have the mamasan grab my arm. I was totally turned off. Waaaay too many options in Bangkok. Oh well.

From your hotel in Nana area, you are quite literally in the belly of the beast. Make things easy and start at the Nana Plaza gg's, they will be at full throttle and likely you'll find something of interest.

Freelancers (online, bars, street walkers), BJ Bars, beer bars, massage shops, etc all these places are usually cheaper than gogo bars. Also in Pattaya you have many cheap ST options.

Where you should go depends on your tastes. Personally I like them a little more experienced and I care a lot about personality, so I like Biergarten and have no use for Nana Plaza, but YMMV.

Go to Thailand for the spectacle of it all. Soi Cowboy and Nana are experiences like no other. Just a crazy number of bars and girls and lights. It is really something.

But do not go there for quality GFE. (And here I mean the illusion of a GF, not just the acts themselves). Yes, you can find the gems, like anywhere, but as this forum attests YMMV is an understatement — you might have to go through quite a few to find quality GFE. Or you might get lucky. Who knows.

In SA I am only familiar with Brazil, but you can get quality GFE at that $120 price point for sure at many different venues. Or a very solid half hour suck and fuck with a hot girl (BBBJ and DFK — but no GFE illusion) for $30.

For the $$$ I think it is no contest — Brazil is best place I've ever been. But I do recommend Thailand for the spectacle and a really fun time. Do both and form your own impressions.

Yes you have do a sex holiday calculation and factor time and cost of flights into number of girls fucked. Some guys fly to Europe for sex tour. Less for flights but girls cost more. Maybe they like European girls better. Some even fly half way around the globe to get here. Hard to understand why. However it can be worth it if do 100 fucks. However you have to know already how much you will like Asian girls of the region. I have never been to Philippeans or Vietnam. At one time intended to try Philippeans (so long ago), but accidentally picked up a Thai GF at the time.

I don't travel far just for sex. Decided it is not worth it for short duration stays. Thailand just happens to be on the way to almost everywhere for me. Perfectly suited stop off point.

For some of us, Brazil is too far, otherwise would use it. So really in your case, a trip here cannot be justified unless you already know you love Thai girls just too much. I believe that south American girls are the most reliable in the world for a good time. Very few failures. 20 years ago I might have claimed Thai girls were very reliable as well, but not any more.

It is worth noting that Cambodian girls should be a lot cheaper than Thai girls, probably Lao and Myanmar girls also cheaper (poorer countries), while Singapore and Macau girls are more expensive. The poorer the country, the better for your economic advantage. Consider Africa too. Girls could be incredibly cheap there, but more risky for disease.

People have found it for less on Beach Road in Pattaya. The whole thing involving Go-Gos oriented towards foreigners is a different matter. You are entering a business model designed to lighten the wallets of those who are dying to spend money. If you avoid that route, you still have other options in Thailand. Low budget options exist and there has never been any proof that paying more gets you a better experience, anywhere. I have found it to be largely inverse to performance. I have picked up gorgeous providers off the street in Pattaya and Bogota for little money and I never wondered if I missed out by not paying more.

The same costly setup of GoGos can exist in Latin America, as well. I was in Bogota over the Labor Day weekend, and its a great place if like cheap sex with hot Latinas of all complexions. But, go into the strip clubs, and order a mixed drink and you've just bought a bottle of liquor and some pop. Not cheap. You can also be required to buy girls drinks to get them to sit down with you. And yes, they will take you to the back rooms for much more than girls in the casas or on the streets, but give you a very short time experience by most accounts. Can't say from experience, as I prefer to troll the streets for those cheap Diamonds in the Rough (which aren't so rare there). All said, I found Colombia to be a mediocre destination when it comes to overall performance. The Dominican Republic? Don't get me started. I'm 90% sure I will hit Brazil next year. But, I've found some excellent and cute young providers in Asia, particularly in the dirt cheap X-houses of South Sanur, Bali. Those little brown fucking machines punched all the right buttons for something like $20 USD.

If you live in North America, its obviously faster and generally cheaper to hit Latin America, but there can be exceptions based on your location. If you are Australian, Latin America will be a long, expensive plane ride (similar to going from Dallas to Bali). Your geographical location will be a factor. So will the exchange rate to your native currency. In some parts of North America, travel to Asia will be cheaper than travel to Latin America. But, if you are a serious monger, you need to try as much as you can. Maybe try Europe if you can afford it, though Western Europe is not a good value on any level. I'll do Africa someday, just for the hell of it. Some white mongers thinks its the best. In the end, if time and money are issues, just go to what offers you the best value for the moment and don't be afraid to try something new. Find what works well in your schedule and budget and go for it.

I mean no offense to anyone when I give you my take on Syzygies. He is a prolific poster and contributes good intel from time to time. He intends to be helpful and sometimes that is served with a big side of judgement. He often declares his "spec". It seems pretty rigid to me. Only model quality with a perfect natural nose, and on and on and on. I believe his views on "the hunt" are also narrowly defined.
