But that being said don't go back and forth with these chicas, get the what's app number and make a date. Reconfirm when you land and that be that. I would tell them that you only have a certain amount of minutes on your phone to eliminate the back and forth. 15 chicks in 5 days could be a decent number obviously you're not going to fuck all or even most of them but you'd have a roster in Cali which can grow or shrink over time.
I'll say this even experienced mongers can simp out on their favoritas it's like being a bookie you have to "lay off your bets" so that you can be balanced, Even the richest mongers can't maintain all the hoes you keep several on deck so that you can trade them with other mongers thus creating a union of good chicas. The reason why chicks here are flaky is because generally because of lack of tourists chicas can't really depend on gringo cash, get a network of say 50 or so mongers coming down and now rent gets paid on time for chicas in the network. That's how it works in Santo Domingo an el conde chica burns a monger and her name is mud before she gets past Paco's.

Add on Information about Dr. Amor & Bar 20
I forgot to mention Dr. Amor has a tiered system they literally wear bands that is the general price of each girl, You can still negotiate but you pick your chica from the line up then negotiate but don't expect a deep discount off the banded rate. Again you will be expected to take a shower and the clock starts when you get the key to the room. Again if you want lightskinned women (or Black women) the all around best in town can be found here.
Bar 20, There's actually two bars across the street from each other however one has chicas didn't see any in the other one. The one with chicas will have a doorman pat you down before entrance.
Pretty girls here too really don't see a real difference between Dr. Amor chicas and Bar 20 girls except Bar 20 has far more Black girls even though in both clubs the majority of not Black. The main difference is Bar 20 girls are completely freelanced meaning theirs no banded system if you speak spanish and a good negotiator in theory a chick that will set you back 140,000 pesos will cost you 70,000 to 90,000 pesos. That being said the 20 girls are savvy and although hardly any speak english the noob gringo will likely be charged 140 K or more. But on the plus side the chick will and can ignore the time buzzer so if you go overtime there won't be a staff member running to demand more money for more time if you're close.
Also as a more freewheeling place you can make deals easier in bar 20 for example if a chick does charge you 140 K you can negotiate BBBJ's and CIM in Dr. Amor due to the popularity of the place they're less likely to agree to anything uncovered, famous Colombians visit Dr. Amor's. Dr. Amor's rooms are more comfortable with TV's with music and porn Bar 20 has round beds which is better for certain positions such as standing doggy. No TV in Bar 20 rooms. Both places has showers but Dr. Amor has fully private bathrooms with better shower heads.
One final thing about Bar 20, for whatever reason if you can't find what you want at your price point you can literally step outside and catch a streetwalker. Of course you can take a hit on quality as the majority of the skanks wouldn't qualify for entrance there's 5's and 6's a couple of blocks away with cabanas for 50K. Obviously that's not the case for Dr. Amor as it's in a more upscale neighborhood.
Frankly you can't go wrong at either place.
