The service level depends on the girl's personality rather than the price. Taiwan is very expensive for this hobby, no guaranty you will get better service from a 10K girl. If you have time, better follow Freebie Fan's step and head for China where the same girl could be have for half the price, and most of the times, better service too. There are some joints in Taiwan one can find good values, but you need a insider to guide you in the right direction, not easy for a first timer. The Royal Thai Orient Massage & Spa (2nd floor) located west of Linsin North Road on the south side of Jinzhou Street appears to be a legitimate massage parlor with no extras offered or provided (5 or 6 shops from the corner. I took home a very pretty girl but it was a dud in the bedroom. (She must have been too new as she was on edge during the entire time and had too many restrictions).
