Will be back down CO finally after a year long hiatus next week and in my free time and for hopefully less money looking to get some regular Dr. Consults and prescriptions filled. The Rxs do require Doctors notes and some CO triplicate control drug forms however they are legal with the proper paperwork. So my question is other than the expensive Clinicas and Hospitals are there walk in clinics or smaller less expensive Independent above the board Doc. Offices for this type of service?

This IS NOT about me being in CO and trying to get crazy high all day with black market hard drugs but is about trying to treat some pre-exisiting musco-skeletal and insomnia conditions that I either do not have the time to jump through all the hoops in the US and pay all the inflated US Dr. Visit fees (now even with insurance). The one thing almost every Latina has in common is they will do anything for their kids. So, I try to take 2 trips after Thanksgiving, the first week or two of December for a week or so and January 2nd or 3rd for a week. The point being, a lot of women with kids suffer thru most of the year because of absent fathers and a lack of support. Come Christmas they are desperate for money for Christmas. Most spend Christmas Eve with family thru and until new years day. The week between Christmas and New years is historically the worst time for our hobby. After new years is good again because most are broke and most likely spent the rent money. I have meet a lot of non pros and 'chippers' in December that probably you will never see during other times of the year. I've even had success with waitress and clerks around Christmas. The best part about it is, ok so maybe I'm a sucker, but I usually give them more money then usual and I feel good that maybe I made a nice Christmas for some poor kid.

I was looking at flights to Columbia and they are cheaper then going to the DR. My question is to guys who have done both places. I have done some reading but haves questions. The hotels and food are very close. I have seen Columbian women and they seem to be superior to the DR girls. A lot more plastic surgery but that is ok with me. I would to get some opinions comparing the 2 places.

I just got back from Cali, Colombia. The airfare was $536 round trip, SFO to Panama to Cali. The are very few tourists in Cali.

Everything is most likely cheaper in Colombia, except in Cartagena.

The last time I was in the D. R. a long time ago, it was good with not many guys, but now there are too many guys.

So, the prices are higher.

In Colombia you have different cities with different setups. If you go to Bogota you have Santa Fe, which is widely considered to be a dangerous part of town but if you use some common sense and don't act like you are confused and don't know where you're walking, then you will be fine. Lots of motel girls standing outside, some who are cute and most who are not. But the quality girls in terms of looks are in the clubs such as Atunes (daytime), El Castillo, Troya, Paisas, La Piscina, etc. You also have MP's and casas scattered throughout the city, and clubs outside of Santa Fe such as Pussy House. I have never had a problem finding a girl that I like, and to me they are better looking than DR chicas. Santa Fe gives you a good pump and dump experience, although if you go for an hour and get the girls number you can have GFE. YMMV.

If you go to Medellin, there are casas that are OK during the daytime. The area at night time is considered to be dangerous, but read about experiences in order to determine what you would need to do in order to minimize your risk. There are also clubs such as Fase Dos that have lots of hot girls. With any place whether it's a MP, casa or club, you can ask for the girls number and try to see her outside of work which tends to save a little bit of money. The other big thing with Medellin is FB chicas. There are a couple places such as the Mansion that cater towards people who want good looking girls, and they are right there. It's the easy thing to do, and some of the Mansion girls are very good looking. You have to be a guest to really see what is on-site though. But there are popular FB girls you can build up connections with, and eventually get in touch with other chicas. I usually go with the FB chicas, they generally give good GFE and you can have a TLN for 300 k to 400 k which comes out to just under $100 to $130. An hour will be about half that. I've been to Sosua plenty of times, and also Santiago and Santo Domingo. All have different setups as well, Sosua is point and click and it's hard to say there's any place like that in Medellin. In Sosua you can walk around a couple blocks, and get all that you need. Bogota and Medellin, it's different. They're very big cities, places are scattered around town, some in sketchy parts, so it takes a little bit more of an effort to get around but that should be expected of any large city. Colombian chicas won't approach you, and that's different from Sosua where you just need to sit down at Rumbas, and if you don't have girls coming to you all you need to do is look at one and she'll come over. In Colombia, don't expect too much of that. If you like a girl and there's no one talking to her, go up to her and introduce yourself, and try to talk in Spanish. So overall I would say that Colombia requires a little bit more of an effort, if you don't do any research and just show up you're not going to have a good time. You need to plan it out a bit if you can. The effort in the end, has been worth it to me. Flights are usually around the same as going to DR. If you need a beach there is Cartagena which I have done, but it's not a nice beach, and the hottest girls cost considerably more than Bogota / Medellin.
