Newspaper classifieds (massage and escort services) may be your best bet. Friendship clubs and Web ads are more dubious. Better still is to find a friend or acquaintance who can introduce you to a proven party. Act like a local and use the carrot (of repeat business) and stick (walk away if the arrangement or price doesn't feel right).
