There is no way to tell the genuineness unless you actually experience. Majority of them are not actually couples but an agent / WG combo or a monger / indie combo getting into a partnership to expand the mode of operation and resulting in freebies to the guy. The guy could be a Bi too. Even if they are genuine couple they would ask for money, sometimes quite a bit - 15 k Upwards with no guarantee of service levels.
