I negotiated with him few times earlier but never took his service. This time he agreed for 13 k and 15 k with accommodation (I told him that I don't want to try his CIS). After agreeing for 13 k he said he can give 1.5 k to 2 k discount if I become regular (he was happy that us man got busted and he asked whether I am Us man's customer, looks like few of the Usmans customers approached him last week).

When I called him to confirm the deed the next day, he said that its 13 k + 2.5 k for the hotel and he was arguing that he never agreed for 13 k with accommodation. Dropped the plan and went ahead with Diya (and got KLPD, that's another story).
