Robbery is a bit of hyperbole
Beware.
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ijpdRMOTnBM&feature=youtu.be
This video is a re-enactment of the moment a chick realized somebody stole her laptop of a table when she went to a bathroom and left it on the table with nobody watching it-that's not a 'robbery' as much as some asshole taking advantage of an opportunity created by a dingbat.
Who would take a laptop to a cFE-Then leave it on the table unwatched while they use the restroom? I wouldn't do that in the Boca Del Vista country club if I was hanging out with Seinfeld's parents. Let alone in Medellin.
That's just stupid.
Obviously, as an economy gets demolished during the pandemic-more criminals will emerge. As will more opportunity with more chicas.
New Rules for a few months

The National Government issued a new public order decree that will establish measures for selective isolation and safe economic reactivation for the country. These are the restrictions and authorizations issued in the decree:
Restrictions:
-The National Vaccination Plan may not be modified, nor will changes to populations, phases or procedures be allowed to carry out mass vaccination.
-The restriction is maintained for events of a public or private nature that involve crowds.
- Massive or high-contact events such as discos and dance venues will be restricted.
-It will not be possible to consume intoxicating beverages in public spaces or in commercial establishments.
(You can read: Duque announced that 2 million Sinovac vaccines will arrive on March 7).
Authorizations:
-It is authorized the consumption of intoxicating beverages in restaurants.
- The sale of intoxicating beverages is not prohibited and their commercialization must be allowed at all times through digital platforms or addresses.
-The mayors may request pilots from the Ministry of the Interior for bars, gastrobars, events, business or livestock fairs according to the progressive de-escalation of the pandemic.
The Minister of the Interior, Daniel Palacios, called on local leaders to guarantee compliance with the National Vaccination Plan, as well as the sanctions that imply non-compliance with the mass vaccination process. Palacios recalled that the Penal Code and the Disciplinary Code establish the sanctions for those who fail to comply with the plan.
(Follow with: The harsh criminal or economic sanctions for 'strained' in vaccination).
Restaurants may sell liquor.
President Duque also announced that a new public order decree was issued that will run until May 31. The document establishes measures for the selective isolation and economic reactivation of the country.
Palacios pointed out that the prohibition for sale and consumption in commercial establishments is maintained, but that restaurants do not require any type of pilot and are authorized to be able to sell and sell liquor in those places.
" Likewise, mayors are authorized to carry out the pilots for the consumption of liquor in bars and gastrobars, " he said.
Finally, he announced that mayors will be able to request pilots for massive and high-contact events.
Anyone have more information about this? Or a better explanation?
