I know going into a Gogo bar on Walking Street and trying to get a girls number is pretty most impossible, but has anyone tried to get her number after they short timed her so that they can avoid the bar fine on the 2nd session?
In Thai culture, it's normal for a man to give cash to a lady. How the police could ever determine that a pair were prostitute and customer rather than some Farang with his girlfriend is a mystery to me. Even if the lady claimed the man was a customer, it might just be an angry girlfriend. Lots of work for the police for nothing.
That's why I also think the whole discussion about this issue is a bit like arguing about what color of underwear god wears, and whether the claimed color is right or wrong.
Having said that, would be interesting to hear details of a case where someone would have been arrested with some real legal consequencies based on being a customer of a hooker if such indeed has ever happened. If such happens, I bet there would be something else behind the case, using the prostitution laws as a pretext to cause trouble for someone. Many things the same here, take corruption as example: it is illegal, but to get burnt on it means you must have stepped on someone's toes or otherwise violated unwritten rules, and you being corrupt just like everyone else just is used to take you down due to something else had happened. Or the way progressive political parties are taken down whenever they become a threat. TIT.

And even then it will be a bust and charge for the force, age or disturbance of the peace part of it, not for the exchange of money for sex part of it. As is clearly stated in every Code and Act anybody has ever linked or posted here.
That hasn't happened and it ain't going to happen.
I know going into a Gogo bar on Walking Street and trying to get a girls number is pretty most impossible,
Why do you think it is impossible? I have done it plenty of times. They do not need their phone out in order to tell you what their number or ID is.
would be interesting to hear details of a case where someone would have been arrested with some real legal consequencies based on being a customer of a hooker
You are opening a different can of worms here. Nobody has ever argued whether soliciting a prostitute is legal or illegal. So far the argument has only been about if being a prostitute is legal or not.

The problem may be getting them to actually come see you. They often see you are an opportunity and will ask you to come into the bar and get them or bar fine them during their shift. I have found it takes a personal connection for them to see me without having to bar fine them.
From a guy who within the last few days wrote almost 1900 words defending his completely incorrect thesis. Such condescension.
You actually counted his words?
I usually bypass his wordy lengthy posts.
Quoted by very attractive soi6 girl last night. 2,000 plus 400. I really don't know what the Uglies charge to be honest. Meaning how low they will go.
Hi dudes,
Not the first time in pattaya.
Visiting next month again.
while grandma or auntie watches the kids in order to feed and clothe the family, school her kids, buy the medicine, etc )
I was fucking with a chick the other night about having my baby. She asked who is going to take care of it. I said shit we are the parents, who else is supposed to take care of it?
https://www.pattayamail.com/news/pattaya-sees-strong-growth-in-international-tourism-but-faces-challenges-with-indian-tourists-on-beaches-489870
While Indian tourism has been a crucial factor in Pattaya's growth, it has also led to some challenges. Reports of Indian tourists sleeping on the city's popular beaches have sparked concern among both locals and visitors. While these tourists contribute positively to the local economy through spending on food, accommodations, and entertainment, their presence on beaches, especially overnight, raises concerns over cleanliness, overcrowding, and the need for better management of public spaces. The influx of large groups seeking a place to rest or sleep on the beach, often in a manner that lacks respect for local regulations, can disrupt the tranquil environment that many other visitors seek.
Case in point. This girl Janny looks like she is making fun of us Poonjabbers in her video. But actually, it's her favorite race of customers. I have had experience with her at a shared price with other bros at 500 per. She hangs out at Indian clubs on WS for Shiva sake! When they tell you the Thai National Emblem, Krut, is from India, they mean it. Pure domination by the Brown. The best night clubs belong to the Indians. All the American rappers make songs with Punjabi MC background. You may be lucky to find her at 808 but only after 2 am. Big Brown first choice before all others. Because once you go Brown, it all goes down (pause) hill. LOL.

But what I said about patrons, applies to hookers as well. Hard to see any problems beyond random publicity campaigns to clean Beach Road and small fine for loitering there without some other real reason being behind and using prostitution as pretext to cause trouble. About same as arguing about whether it is illegal for a god to wear red underwear or not, and if so would god get punished in case of using red ones.

Periodically, for whatever reason, a patron will proclaim, without any citation, that "prostitution is illegal in Thailand. " And those of us who have done some actual legal research, or read relevant articles, will gently correct those wayward punters. Others will get their panties in a twist about the correction, but it's all in good fun. Except for some.
