You can get vitamin "V" in almost any pharmacy for under a dollar. It´s ussually 2 for $2,500-$3,000cop ($1.50US). I recommend the 50mg Sildenafil from MK laboratories. Travelers Cheques are accepted in Bancolombia.

The cheapest we found is at the supermarket pharmacy, a 2, 50mg pill pack for 2500cop, thats 1. 25usd, a buddy of mine bought 50 packs. Thats the same guy that did 6 girls in one night. I had an interesting Wednesday out an about. I'm pretty low key, so often split adventuring up across a few days, and take a little bit each day.

Menteng helped me out with a decent massage place at Cento Commericio Monterrey. I went to the Jin Shin Do massage place, which definitely offers extra services. I had hoped to see the recommended Carmen, but she wasn't there. I went and got a sim chip for my phone, looked around, and got a snack and went back, and she still wasn't there.

Casa Blanca was everything I expected. A fun, comfortable, convenient place to stay if you just don't feel up to adventuring. I know a lot of people don't like to be hand fed but, hell sometimes on vacation I'm lazy and don't really want to search for the diamond in the rough.

For those travelling from Medellin to Costa Rica, you are required to get a yellow fever vaccination 10 days before you arrive in CR. Thanks Greg for showing us where we could get the shots.

Quick question. Anyone ever book a flight from MDE to CTG (Cartegena) on Avianca? If you go to their website, it is cheaper by about $80 to book it "in Colombia". Do they check the IP address? Anyone ever do this from the States? Alternatively I could get someone in CO to book it for me I suppose.

I am attaching some unidentifiable photos because I don't have permission to post shots of these ladies. Some of you vets can have a good time identifying the bodies.

If the website quotes you a fare that seems high then IMO a good idea is to talk to an Avianca agent on the phone and ask for their opinion. I'd call first, asking for a quote on a triangular or other multi-leg fare and then steer the conversation towards a discussion and their opinion about booking in country to get a better fare. You have to judge it on a case by case basis. Seat availability is key.

One caveat: You may get an agent that doesn't know squat when there are others that really know their shit. If you get an agent that doesn't sound knowledgeable and has to repeatedly put you on hold to get an answer to your questions, then call back another time until you get one that sounds competant.

Then you can get sometimes a very good rate. I did it in Bogota. We just went to the airport and go my ticket for a flight in 2 hours.
