Ihave been a regular visitor at this forum, will add some of my experience across three cities in India i.e Delhi. Kolkota, Mumbai.

The best of all the cities for mongering is Kolkota. I have been to sonagachi a couple of times and the quality there beats all the dance bars and NL stuff. Also the rates are quiet reasonable of around 1700 for ST.
