15 minutes later there was a knock at the door and when I opened it there was an attractive, socially acceptable. 7 1/2 out of 10. Brown hair and nice rack. After some small chit-chat, we got down to business. I won't go into details but I would rate the performance 7/10. Not great but definitely adequate to take the edge off.

I could not find and info on online escorts or he massage parlors. There was no luck on Street walkers.
I tried the cafes and bars around. Most places are packed and all vanilla folks.
This all changed when I went in to a disco to check out the scene after midnight. It was all young crowd. It just opened midnight so I was already sleepy. I kept buying everyone drinks. Guys and girls. Being a tourist with Access cash shows. I ended up paying a tab of 40 euros and a young student non pro came with me to my near by hotel room and spend the night for 50 Euros!(from 4:30 am till 9:00 am).
I am 40 now so I hate being up all night but she was worth it!
Great country nice people and some of the best red wine you will ever drink.
Girls for action, forget about it! Your best chance here is to visit some cafe and bars dress nice act normal spend $ and meet a local girl. If you are short on time The taxi drivers in front of Holiday Inn have girls that they will deliver at anytime anywhere for 150 euro per hour and trust me they are not 150 euro per hour ladies.
The taxis will also try and talk you into a trip to Tetvo city about 45 km away for 70 euro round trip while they wait and you spend more money at a strip bar for nothing.
Sex shop is a small shop easy to find all taxis understand where for 50 euro you can get an erotic massage with HJ from a lady I think as there where some Transvestites loitering around and I did not take the chance.
Every taxi said that there are private brothels and they would take me but they did not recommend (when the taxi drivers are scared?).

As reports have stated, Skopje is not a great place to play.
I am there now, and tried two agencies. One from wikisex and one I found in Google. NO response. No action in the hotel bar. I did not trying asking at the desk like some reports have suggested.
I also tried to contact some independents found online. One was not in the country. Another wanted 150 Euro, plus extras. Might be worth it once I am here longer. :)
Last one was funny. Started at 150, then dropped to 100 Euro. But she wanted me to send the money to her before she came to my hotel. REALLY???? :)

I asked multiple taxi drivers they all say now allowed here. Also hardly to find massage saloon.
