Salsa: It's pretty close to one of the cruise docks. The one port is Punta Langosta; Salsa is much closer to the other.

A $6 cab ride from Langosta (offhand, 4 kilometers) should definitely be less from the other (Pier International?). From that pier, hang a left for 3 - 4 "blocks", turn right (left would be the ocean) and it should be up about 3 blocks on the right.

Doesn't look like much from the outside at dusk, it looks like it should be a locals hangout, but I seriously doubt that's the case.

Cab drivers all know where it is, and there were plenty of cabs out front for the return trip.

No cover, sufficient bar, pool tables. Can't comment on the kitchen. It was a Wednesday at dusk, and the selection was (in my opinion) large, 20+ ladies of varying ages, body types, and English skills.

I'm a long-time visitor to Cozumel, and have experience with Salsa, Green House, Caribbean Queen and Platinas.

Long story short, you get the best bang for your buck at Salsa. Green House is way too pricey, geared towards the cruise ship crowd that has to be quick while their wives are shopping. Platinas has phenomenal looking girls, but you could go three times at Salsa for what you'll pay at Platinas.

Caribbean Queen is slightly more expensive than Salsa, but can be great if you hit it at the right time. I suggest going a little early, while its dead. While you'll be bothered a bit by some of the 4-6s, you can sometimes get bargain rates with a 9 or 10.

Still and all, Salsa is my first choice. Laid back, relaxed, and I've NEVER failed to have a great time there.

I am in Cozumel and can concur on the report regarding Green House (too pricey for Mexico with just one really cute gal IMHO "Jessica" who knows she is the best thing going there and doesn't give much service for the money. Girl $100 / Room $30 (Ay Carumba) She is a doll though and I've been with her, so this is an eye-witness report. Salsa is only open when the ships are in and is really a "day spot". I will be checking out the Carribian Queen later tonight or this weekend. It's been awile, but I have had good experience there in the past. As the previous report states, one has to go through lots of 4-6's before you find the 8 - 10's... so it pays to be patient if you can hold out.
