Click on " Rhein-Erftkreis" thats 20min away by taxi / cost you about 35-40 Euros. I personaly didn`t test it, but you may phone them while their phone numbers are listed in the adds.

Does anyone know where the parking spaces designated for "car dates" are? I was in town (report soon) and I found the Eros center and saw streetwalkers on the same street. But couldn't figure out where the parking area is. I also couldn't find the tax meter. And it's also not obvious using satellite view in google maps.
