Better yet, try the street scenes (shops, coffee shops, sales girls etc.) to meet local girls. I bet you could set up a date for the same night or the next night for sure.

Keep in mind that in Romania (like Czech Republic and Hungary) mafia and organized crime are everywhere and they are always looking for (tourist) targets. And guess whom they use to get to your personal information like passport and credit cards?

Come on, Worldtraveler, lets not put things upside down. If you show me some hot girls in the 7-8 range in Amsterdam that you can take out for $100/ the whole night, that do french kissing, bj unprotected and even have their own fun while doing it, I'll be moving right into town!

Clubs are fine only for people that know how to pick up girls in short time!! That's surely NOT everybody. If you're not a natural charmer, you can lose a hell of a lot of time like that, and get drunk instead of laid.
