The Venus Massage is located on the East side of Highway 23 approximately in Ipjang, about 12 kilometers from Cheonan-Si (if you are going north on Highway 23, leaving Cheonan Si, headed in the direction of Pyeontak and Songtan and Osan AFB.) I am just suspecting that there is some sort of local crack down against the U.S. Military (or, perhaps by the military?) in the Songtan and Osan AFB area. Perhaps some of you can confirm or refute that, but it just isn’t like it was only 2 years ago.

The Military crackdown has been in effect for well over three years now and it's not confined to Songtan, it is Korea-wide. Since you are not military, there are several juicy clubs in Songtan where you can get service, (especially the ones that are off-limit to military personnel) although many of those clubs are staffed with Pilipino chicks. Probably best to visit the clubs after military curfew so you don't have to compete with the military Joes. Setting aside, the xenophobic nature of this country, there's no telling why those places refused you. Well, the Airforce on Osan AB are training again and I have to listen to that damn horn and siren all week. But there are some advantages to them being fully engaged in there training.
