Recovered? I'm still knackered! I'm seriously out of condition. Last time I mongered long hard and often was six months ago. Back then I was 5kg lighter and much fitter. Sorry for the length, but a lot to catch up on.

Just finished up a 5 day stint of drinking & mongering in AD. It had been a few weeks since my last visit, and was getting REALLY toey reading all the other regular posters in the meantime. Had a short interlude in Jakarta 2 weeks ago (see post [url]http://www.internationalsexguide.info/forum/showpost.php?p=452925&postcount=3676[/url]), & while fun, it did not compare. This report is a little late, as I could not access ISG from AD.

- TUESDAY (Day 1)
Arrived AD during the day after a flight from hell (why fly me direct when the company can send me half way around the world & save $2.50?), so had a bit of a nap to recharge my batteries.

I had already contacted Miss Tennis to hook up during the evening (well, actually we had been in regular contact since I discovered her during my last visit). In the meantime, for old time’s sake, off to the Ally Pally early evening. I enjoy the visits to AP, as I liken it to visiting the zoo & watching the animals at play. The cheap beer & early start is also a plus.

Noted nothing of interest at AP (there can be the occasional real gem, but they are few & far between). Sadly, another of my semi-regulars from AP (real nice pair of puppies) was not in attendance, as she was heading back to PRC the next morning. By 11:00, I had had my fill watching the wildlife, so headed over to 49ers. It was just starting to warm up & in walked Miss Tennis.

Miss Tennis was wearing her signature outfit of tight jeans, tighter top, push up bra & 6” platforms. Very easy on the eye. Stuck around only long enough to polish off the obligatory 2 drink covercharge, then back to my room. While I was setting up, Miss Tennis was “logging in” with reception. - WEDNESDAY (Day 2)
Off to AP again early evening for a few quiet (& cheap) ales. Spent a little longer there than expected, as was chatting to a friend of a friend. Her English is the best of any of the PRC WG I have met, and she was also very clever/sharp to boot. When I made my comparison of the AP to a zoo, she countered that it was the girls who had to buy tickets to get in, so who was really on display? With a few beers under my belt, I was contemplating taking her home, but thought I would leave it to later, & check out Blitz first.

The Blitz band were half way through their first set, & the place was about half full (or half empty…). I recall the first time I saw the Blitz band 12 months ago, & I was very impressed by the front line. However, over time the girls cycle through, and this current line up was very disappointing (comparatively speaking). During their first break, a PRC girl I had been with a couple of times during my last visit arrived. I have a love/hate relationship with the Froggies, as they pay my bills, yet one lured my perfect catch (Lucy Liu look-a-like) away at the end of last year with a fatter wallet.

After another frantic night, almost as intense as the first night, Miss Tennis departed again about midday. Again, I was commitment-phobic (must be a male thing) about that evening, even though she was suggesting she come over at 8.

- THURSDAY (Day 3)
Usual scene, off to AP early evening, but this time spotted a PRC Amazon. Hadn’t really noticed her before, but she said she had been in town for quite a few months. Quite tall & slim but with wide swimmers shoulders. She dressed to maximize all her good points, with tight jeans & a tight white singlet top (a lot of other PRC WG have a lot to learn in this respect, with some outfits frankly laughable). Well, this is where I discovered the “marketing” was overselling the actual product. While not ugly, she was no spring chicken either. The music was also way too loud, making conversation impossible (before any says I must be an old fogey, my preferred music is Ministry of Sound style, or of the Marilyn Manson/System of a Down variety). Anyway, we quickly bailed out, & went to Cheers for a quiet one. The band was much more pleasant to watch, & you could actually talk! We all left ~ 11:30, as all had made prior arrangements with locals. Mine was with, you guessed it… Miss Tennis. Walked into a crowded 49ers shortly before midnight, looking for her in one of her usual outfits, but WOW! I discovered she also does a mean “serious business power suit” as well!! Miss Tennis commented that when she checked in at reception, the receptionist remarked that room XXXX had become her new home!

This night was a bit different, as after about 30 mins of “drilling”, I realized this hole was going to come up dry. I put it down to far too much beer that night (more than normal), and the previous 4 nights of sex sex sex sex sex. Decided to have a break, and try again later, as I did not have the backup of numerous toys (WR?). Sure enough, before the sun came up, the cock decided to crow. Projects move on, & I will now be working somewhere else (hopefully back in SE Asia) for the next few months. I will always have a “soft” spot for AD (but it gets “hard” very quickly!). However, now I have discovered ISG, I will keep posting FRs whenever possible. With a bit of luck my company will win another project in the Gulf region, allowing me to get back. With all my "local experience", I will be a certainty!

In summary, a short but intense visit to one of my fave places to monger.

As a random observation, a funny thing I have realized about the PRC WG: they are desperate to make any sort of eye contact with a potential customer, yet normally the Chinese culture is not big on direct eye contact with strangers. Great report on the current AUH scene. Counting down the days until I am back there myself. Having seen the pics it confimed to me that I did encounter Miss Tennis last year! Blimey, she is a busy girl if coincidentally those of us that hang out in ISG and Abu Dhabi have had the opportunity!

Next time I'm there I'll try and circumvent Etisalat's restrictions on this group to post some up to date stuff.
