I have only had two horrible experiences in my many visits to Rio. One was from a garota that had a nasty cold ( nothing having to do with money ), and the other was from a gal I picked up in front of Help. She was one great sweet talker and a looker from Salvador. I was an idiot for paying her upfront. Once I did, I was toast!
Never again have I paid upfront. Never again have I been burned. Definite correlation exists there.

How are this places TA, Mabs and MP are they good for finding girls or only dinner places.

I would just start with the places you've already mentioned. You can find them in the general area of TA/Help/MP, just do a little walking around.
Centaurus, I knew it is a rip off, I read the forum LOL, but I was curious to see if they have better quality or not.
120 reais to get into, 400 reais 40 minutes, 600 reais 1 hour.
About 20 girls, the same quality as in the other termas. Only two customer and me and my friend, we left after one beer....I am happy I saw it, first and last time in my life.
Solarium21, even if it is a bit more far from copa, but it reminds me, as prices and quality, Montecarlo. I saw almost all the same girls I saw in january.
I spoke too long with a girl and her handjob and french kissing, convinced me to go to bedroom. Anal and bbbj, it was all good, but nothing wonderful, too mechanical, but I do not regret.
Later help and....one of the worst evening, nothing good, the same old faces, some too drunked, some too ugly, almost all girl seem to me tired or not in mood to work.

We were sitting outside, some persons close to me smiled, others looked to me surprised, as if I said something bad.....I was happy she left, I still neither start to ask if she did bbbj and anal and to work to get her price down, that she showed very well her attitude....
The bad thing here, is that she was one of the best one yesterday....
In one hour I will be there and is even today nothing, I will go to check some boites at prado junior just to see something different.

I just wanted to see if there was another like Balcony where they play some music and so. For example mabs feels to much like a restaurante. I will walk/taxi up to MP some day to see how it is.
I like to just observe and talk to the "ladys" on the weekdays. Don't want a girl in the bed 06:00 when I shall go to office So thats why I want some place like balcony.

How the h. Ll can they take that price now. Is it for carneval/high season or they just change?
Belive it or not I haven't been in Help yet but I think this weekend I need to go there and see this notorious place it sound quit fun. I guess you have to take it for what it is.

The cab driver touting the strip clubs was in all likelihood doing for the propino/tip that he gets for delivering lambs to the slaughter at the mentioned clubs and the dozen or so more venues within a couple of blocks.
Once was more than enough for me.
