As far as the taxi situation goes, you should always watch the meter. There should be no rip-offs in metered taxis. If they try to charge a rate that is not on the meter, just let them know. Taxis are quick, easy and cheap. I use AAA all the time, you can all them anywhere in the city and they will send a taxi out right away. It's a great convenience in Prague.

Many of the photos are genuine but many of the girls come and go from the private/agency concerned. So the photo might show a nice little blond who does everthing you want but when you get there you should not be surprised if you hear 'its her day off', 'she is sick', 'she is only here at night' sort of excuses. The purpose of photos on EOL is after all, to advertise. And all advertisement has a pinch of salt with it. Some a bucket load.

I have used dozens of ads from EOL, both private and escort. Privates have about a 50% success rate when they are open first. As they are on the scene for a while, the success rate of you getting who you see in the advert drops. Same goes for escorts. But having said that, a lot of the good escort agencies advertise on EOL, who I have found to be reliable over and over again. The big names rarely dissapoint me.
But at the end of the day, its trial and error. I was promised two beautiful girls from an agency on EOL one night. They were dispondent and 5/10 (pity marks). I sent them on their way. The madam returned with a stunner and full of apologies about the other two. So its swings and roundabouts.

A few years ago they stopped putting prices in simply because they were never right, and there were complaints. In my experience the services advertised are usually bullshit too. You simply have to go, hope you find a good looker, and negotiate services and prices. Hence the need for back up telephone numbers, when you are on the road. It's a real hunt, you know. You need time, patience, stamina and a reasonable amount of money. And, importantly, I have never felt unsafe doing it.

And occasionally you get wonderful unreal situations, like the time I ended up at a privat where they had a small sausage dog, and I started negotiating with them to include the dog in the session as well. They really thought it was funny and agreed only if the dog was allowed to do the BBBJ. I baulked at that one. But we agreed he couldn't do that anyway, if I was already up his arse, and so the conversation went on :-). And before you sods get me banned, I didn't do the dog, but I did get a damned good session for my trouble. Enough reminiscing....

How much is normal to pay for a well-renovated apartment about 60 square meters with nice furniture in the center of Prague? For ex. near metro Mustek or Museum. Can you recommend some trustworthy real estate agency, please? Also I'd be grateful for a hint on a good immigration company (which doesn't disappear with money :)).

A small studio or 1+1 in the center would cost 20,000kc/m at the VERY least PLUS utilities.

Obviously you can get a place cheaper if you are willing to look outside of the center.

You can get one for 10k a month easily if you want a 1+1. That's just at the top of Vaklasvki Namesti on the Vinohradska. In the Old Town will be more expensive by a little but really why anyone would live there is beyond me. Wrip off bars, no supermarkets and all the sex is slightly out of town.

Thank you. I got through another forum this link [url]http://czech-properties.cz/?lang=en[/url] . They have some nice-looking options for 12000-20000 per month for 40-60sq meters. I am just not very good in Prague geography yet. There are some attractive apartments in Troya, Liben and Vinohrady - is it center or not? The map is still too complicated for me :(.
