Hmmm... Some of the bargirls in the street that parallels Fields Ave (just in front of Swiss Chalet) offered LT for 1,000p last year... But these may be the "runners" ("my baby is sick" after the 1st pop...). One of the hottest girls I BF'd from Rhapsody last year (19 years old with a killer body and top GFE service) was 1,200 LT (took her twice during my 4 nights in AC that time).

I guess I will just have to rest my old body during the day and just do the LT's. No need to push it, as I will spend 9 days there this coming November.

So there he is, sitting in Ponytails bar (on Saturday). he has a pair of dancers sitting with him. he bought them each a couple of ladies drinks while he conducted the pre-barfine interview with girl number one. Her friend, girl number two was a decent looking backup or potential future ewr so drink not being wasted. He bought girl number 1 a drink when I called her down from the stage and she ordered chocolate milk. Regular price, no problem. After a bit he called her friend down cause he figured he could knock out two interviews at the same time. It's all good. Was watching the dancers for a while, a lot of decent ones in the line up at the time.

The girls had just about finished their drinks and he was going to buy one more before I paid the ewr for girl #1. One of the lead waitresses (wearing street clothes, was a mamasan) came over an spoke to both of the girls for a few minutes, as well as my waitress who was standing off to the side. he asked the girls if they wanted another drink, both said yes (of course).

After he told the waitress to get the girls another drink he got up and went to the CR. he came back at about the same time that the drinks did. Surprise, surprise the girls had changed their drink preference to GATORADE (250p), guess they had drank too much chocolate milk....

Now, from what he had read, the waitress is supposed to ask if the customer want to spring for a double ladies drink at Ponytails, but I guess they don't always follow that rule cause my waitress sure as fuck didn't ask him. The only notice he got was when he got the bill and added up the totals and saw the 250p price for the drinks.

I wonder what the waitress supervisor (mamasan) said to the girls; I'm assuming it was a reminder to the girls (and the waitress) that the bar, the supervisor and the girls make more when a double lady drink is bought.

End of story was that the bar lost a bit of money now, and more in the future from him. The following is the result of the "surprise" change to the kind of drink ordered:

1. Ponytails lost the profit from him paying for an EWR last night.

2. Ponytails lost a bit of future profit from both of us cause I guarantee you that he will never by another lady drink in their bar. He probably won't barfine there either, cause 99% of the time he conducts a pre-ewr interview over a couple drinks. No drinks=no ewr generally speaking.

3. He may still go in there cause it is a nice bar with a decent line up, but he won't trust the statements made by management there, cause when they said that the waitresses will always notify you prior to taking a double lady drink order, it is not exactly the truth.

To paraphrase the saying "You can take a girl out of the bar, but you can't take the bar out of the girl" He offers the following:

"You can take a Dollhouse Group Bar out of Field Ave, but you can't take the Dollhouse Group Policies out of their Bars".

That is in line with the information that I have about Eruptions as well. I have information that some have not been paid in as long a 6 weeks.

As far as Body Shop is concerned, they do have a ton of girls, BUT they will be opening a sister bar (well two actually) so Body Shop will see a reduction in the number of girls available around the 15th of September (as this is the targeted date for the soft opening) the 1st new bar to open will be called "Shooterz".

I do not know of any as well, that is the bad news.

The good news is that if you get a couple of few guys together, like I did just a couple of weeks ago, you can start your own pool party

On a side note - Just make sure that the location that you do not try to have your pool party is the Orchid inn. Two close friends of mine, tried that 5 days ago and they were told by management of the hotel (not the filipino guards or front desk staff) that nudity (girls being nude in the pool) was not allowed to happen. They all got out of the pool got the girls dressed and immediately moved hotels (they went to the lewis grand) where they encountered no problems continuing their party.

My dear friends, I write you these lines to ask you for some good advises. Feel free to write here your opinions in the most open way, since I am old enough to understand that any opinion is a good opinion. I hope that this thread is the correct one where to post this discussion. If not, please, Jackson, move it where you consider it more proper.

The point is that I am planning to marry a babe met in a bar in Angeles. And my question is: is that a good idea or not? Before replying, please, read till the bottom.

I give you here few honest details so that you can understand the whole situation and tell me what you think according to your experiences.

The report about my days in Angeles is number 4147 of 3rd July this year in the Angeles thread, and you can read it to have a general idea. What I can add here is that I have considered very well the days I spent with her and I found her very nice and sweet and caring. So, since I am planning to marry again anyway and I have just closed with my gf here, I am considering this option too.

About her: she is about 25 years younger. She never asked me money in Angeles nor later. I never asked her to leave her job there. Few weeks after I was back home, she left the bar life because of some arguing with her mamasan and colleagues. At the moment she works as a nanny. And when I spoke to her of my idea she said it is fine. And, what is very important to me, agreed to have no kids, since I do not want any troubles with the ones I already have.

About me: my financial position is not great but good enough to support her in the first period. She wants to work and she is ready to be a nanny here too, the sort of job for a girl like her can easily find in this part of the world. Of course I like her a lot and I had the time to see that she can be a good partner, too.

In these three months we exchanged few very nice mails and phone calls. When I told her about my plan, she honestly and openly told me her story: an usual story of this kind of situation. She also added she had already been in Angeles years ago for few months. She left the bar because of a Westerner guy who promised her everything and gave her money to go to school again and then suddenly disappeared. And she also told me of a former Pilipino boyfriend who deceived her.

In few days we are meeting again (I am going to Philippines again after few days spent in Thailand) to speak seriously about this matter. My idea is to marry in late 2011 and also to make her signing a very clear pre-marriage agreement with possible divorce conditions.

I was in AC in August and "Ponytail" doesn't ring a bell. Is that a new place?

My experience with the higher priced ladies drinks is that they do ask. Maybe your exp. (friend's experience?) was an anomoly -- so not so sure you should boycott the place. Although changing drinks and drink prices the way you described is certainly not right.

If anyone has this kind of experience, I would suggest you talk to management directly. You sure as hell shouldn't expect a refund, but if you have waitresses trying to play games when the managers aren't looking, you'll save money for a few newbies.

Yes it is a new bar, opened not long ago (forget the exact date, but somewhere around the 5th of September is about the time frame).
It is a classic DHG (Doll House Group) scam, I live here and it happens all the time at all the DHG bars (I will acknowledge that at Tropix, it is rare that the waitress does not inform the customer first of the associated costs, but then again Tropix was the only DHG bar that had a foreigner manager). What really set me off is that on another board the "manager" of the bar/group had stated that there would be no double ladies drinks and green tags (which signifies the girls barfine is P3,000) at PonyTails, but obviously those statements have already been proven wrong. At the time there was no foreigner manager to speak with (there was some type of event going on elsewhere that required his attention) and from numerous previous experiences talking with a local manager/managress from the DHG is utterly pointless and a complete waste of time, so imo/realistically there was no way to inform the real management of the problem.

I am not suggesting a boycott of the bar, just letting what i know to be a fact be known to the members here. It is up to each of them to reach their own decision on how or if the scams being pulled here will influence their decisions. Personally I liked the bars layout, their girl offerings and also the P50 local customer drink price of P50 before 7pm, but I will certainly NOT be buying any ladies drinks or paying any bar fines, but I will happily continue to exchange cell numbers with the girls there and other DHG bars that pull these scams. I am not going to punish the girls for following what I am virtually certain that they were, have been and will continue to be instructed to do (meaning asking for double ladies drinks).

And I wouldn't trust a pinoy DNA test. They'd definately skew it to work for her!! You would need to take her to Bangkok's Bumugrad hospital and have the test done there along with "other" blood work. BTW, prenups are basically null and void in the US because there are an army of pinoy pock faced abagados (Lawyers) who specialize in working Uncle Sam's liberal system. Probably the same in the UK. These lawyers are always getting the max for the lady. They specialize in taking away an old geezer's estate from the heirs, having a lady marry a retired military guy just before he dies so she can get his pension for the rest of her life. They will be assisting the lady in her credit card bankruptcy after stiffing creditors for 10's or 100's of thousands. They are best at convincing the courtroom that this poor lady signed the prenup under duress and didn't understand what she was signing. She'll pretend she no speak engree. If you have it done in Tagalog she will claim to not understand it, that she speaks Vicayan or Ilocanan. If you are 10+ years older than her the court will want to make an unpleasant example of you so others will stay here with the "BIG HOMEGURL" lady and suffer. This goes for all western countries but in particular the US. Better to leave her there. Rent not buy real estate for her. Keep the payments down to rent, food, loads and trips to the province. IMHO
