Well, there goes the weekend
Even on the weekends, thoughts of work fears would crop up. It's doing a real number on my mental health. I wish I could go from suicidal ideation to actual action already. I'm so sick of living. But, and it's a big but, I watch this video from time to time to remind myself that there are a few people out there who have it much worse than me, and they are decades, many decades younger than me. And their life is already shit. The shittiest of shit.

Poor girl has to literally dig for coal just to survive. So when I watch this, it does make me think to myself, if she can still somehow smile through the literal hell that is her life, then maybe I can just live for one more day. Just get through the day. One hour at a time. I try, I really try not to think too far ahead, cause it all seems so miserable and hopeless. But if it's just the next day, then it's not too bad.
This series of 'risky business' does highlight how miserable some people have it in the world. Granted, it's a tiny percentage of people, let's be honest here, 90 percent of the world has it better than me, but the fact that there are some people who have it worse, well, it gives me a little hope.
