Get off at Prarthana Samaj or walk from Charni Road railway station asking Tom Dick and Harry to where is Harkisondas Hospital (RTFF for directions here). From there walk around to find the lane. Navalkar Lane. If I am around, you will find spot a guy wearing a prominent blue cap me at the bus-stop on the hospital end not the Prarthana Samaj end, mind. For 14 k, you would have had a completely different impression about Mumbai. I wonder if would have had the guts to refer me to any contacts in Chennai after your experiences at NL!
