We unloaded a full taxi from Exito with a ton of groceries after 5 P in front of two Policia standing within 20 feet of us and they did not say a word. Uber is not showing up on my search when I look for one during curfew hours. Chicas coming and going from my hotel at all hours. As far as the busing away of the people after 5 PM, I can easily see the police not enforcing this until at least an hour after curfews actually begin. It's not like people get off work at 4:30 PM and are going to have plenty of time to get home before the curfew begins. There have been lots of lines and waiting for transport as always in the late afternoons, and the Police know this. Your smart not to get caught violating the rules', especially being a foreigner here, as it it's typically a no win situation for the foreigner.
