Absolutely do not attempt a ride in a commuter van from Phuket to Bangkok, unless it's to save a life and you have no other choice. Those things get uncomfortable even on a short 2-3 h ride (Bangkok to Pattaya), let alone a 14 h one from Phuket. Personally, if a van was my only choice for getting out, I'd stay in Phuket.
Full-size Thai buses (rot tour) can be fine, especially the 3-abreast VIP variety.

1) Cam from their beer / gogo bars, usually you buy them drinks and there is no real nudity. I personally don't see the point in this garbage but each to their own. You can google them, they tend to move websites, get taken down, reappear etc.
2) You can see them on the usual big cam sites. Just search for Thai girls and you will come across many. Chaturbate, myfreecams, streamate etc. Just google "top adult cam sites" and you can go through them one by one.
I follow 2 of them occasionally on chaturbate. 1 chic cams from her place in issan. She has a nice place set in the forest, sometimes cams on the balcony looks cool, house is nice. In Patong, the number of massage girls is way down, though roughly half the shops are open (with a few girls each). Soi Kebsap no longer exists. The PHuket Nuru shop on Nanai is open but not the newer branch on Soi Sansabai); there was only one lady available when I visited (small but a bit older and with some baby damage).
I had a lot of trouble finding any decent looking spinners in Patong, which is why I'm asking about other areas of Phuket.
Best beaches with girls or full service establishments near by.
Besides Rawai and Patong.
Also how easy is it to have girls go to your place, like are taxis. Ubers easy to get. For situations when the girls aren't close.

What I did about taxis when I was in Phuket was to have several taxi drivers out their number in my phone and I would call one when I needed a taxi. Sometimes one wouldn't answer but I had a few numbers and always could get someone.

I'll second the suggestion to collect number of taxi drivers. There's Grab, but it's not cheap in Phuket. And when I tried the cheaper. But still not cheap. Grab option (which includes taxis), I wasn't able to get any to accept.
If you are bringing girls to you, it's much cheaper for them to hire a motorbike. Some have their own motorbike. But that might not be a viable option for longer distances ( 6 km).
And, of course, this approach will work better if you already stayed someplace central and made the contacts (rather than paying a lot of baht for random people to come to your remote location).
