I think your concerns about smell and crazies and the like are unfounded, again IF you DO IT RIGHT. The cities I mentioned with high SA potential are BCN and Madrid! Which is why FKKs are a bit out of the way.

So here's my new plan:

Didn't mention it because you sounded like you were going to be Germany.
