But I can say the bar that was Rainbow 5 for a while has gone back to being called Rainbow 4 again. However, you need to look hard at the lighted sign next to the entrance to notice the "4" since it is the only part of the name that is not illuminated, as though they are reluctant to tout it. Maybe they are still trying to shake off the troublesome publicity Rainbow 4 got a few years ago re too young staff. Which I believe was the reason they changed the number from 4 to 5 for a while.

It is well known there is Farang (or non east Asian) surcharge in many Soapies here, so one would expect it in Korea as well, not that we really care here. Here in Thailand the surcharge is not usually applied to Asian guys from the USA, or Japanese or Koreans, etc. so it is racial bias, more than being pro Thai. Sometimes described as a cock surcharge, however some of the surcharge goes to the establishment, so can that be a cock surcharge. I suppose if girl gets damaged and is off work, the shop is affected somewhat. I am guessing they might believe girls suffer from damaged uterus more from certain races, however it also seems to have some sort of exclusivity about it.

Probably half or more of the patrons were asian, but I bet this varies throughout the night and wouldn't be surprised if it was mostly asian patron most of the time.
