You are correct. Some idiots from other cities are coming to Delhi just for mongering and ruining the market. I am also from other city but I always consult local guys and never break the price barrier.

On the street if any guy approaches you just politely decline him because he will try to scam you. Go inside 64, look at all 4 levels of women there, and choose one. Pay 320 rs, and take her in the small stall. The stall is fucking unclean though, that is my main complaint.
