After reading the posts here about Palace I was pretty disappointed in this place. As with all new experiences there is an element of the unknown and always the potential for failure. This was just such an experience. Perhaps I just had some bad luck but, hey, that's part of the experience right?
Don't get me wrong, the facility itself was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. The lady at the front spoke excellent english and my beginner German was enough to make this pretty easy. The lockers rooms were top notch, the areas were clean and all of the showers, jacuzzi, massage room etc were very nice.
The problems apparently are the two girls I had the misfortune to pick.
Round 1: Saw a cute little brunette who had no problem kissing or getting friendly. Still, I prefer to take the girls to the Kino first to make sure we click. Warning #1 was when she shot a quick glance into the Kino room and turned to me announcing that it was full. We headed to the room and I was then hit up with the classic up sell. "You want one hour right" NO, "You like anal? We do anal" NO, "You know room and BJ 50 EUR? If you want sex is 100 EURO". At this point I stood up, grabbed my towel and started to head for the door. Even though we had already kissed and she had already baptized little DP, I was just irritated by this time. Then she grabbed my hand and said "OK, OK, BJ and sex 50 EUR. Do those types exist in the Hessen clubs? Sure they do! Are there more of them in the Hessen clubs than in the smaller NRW clubs: You bet, and for obvious reasons. A larger sample size will yield a larger number of bad apples.
But I believe your portrayal fo the clubs in Hessen as 'simply clubs for tourists and thus not worth the time of day of serious mongers' is both naive and far-fetched. I am sober at the moment and I can say that this is definitely a false portait. Your comments ignore the fact that one can and often will find girls that are just as service oriented as girls in NRW clubs, and many of them. You just have to know/learn/develop a sense for selecting them out of the the incredible choices that you encounter at a big club where girl numbers can reach over 50 at one time. I daresay that if you were to actually make a contemporary visit to one of these Hessen clubs, you would agree at least in part with what I am saying. But it would require a visit with an open mind and without too many pre-conceptions.
I've been to some of the NRW clubs, the smaller ones you describe, and I love them. But still I keep coming back to the Hessen clubs as my main base for several reasons. I don't think it's right to paint them as "just for tourists and newbies..." Look at some of the experienced mongers who visit both Hessen and NRW clubs on a regular basis: Dedalus, Iseeu, Hessen Bub, Radler/E.L., Toscana, on and on...
Lastly, it wasn't too long ago that it was Palace and Palace alone that was singled out for the kind of negative bashing and treatment. Some of it was justified, some of was not. But slowly we have traced similar negative points related to Oase, World, GT, Artemis, LR and and maybe even from time to time some dud session reports about --God forgive me-- Bernd's. Not often, but sometimes.
So at the risk of fighting fire with fire, I call your bluff and ask you to state categorically, Mr Jackyo, when were you last in: Oase, World, Palace? There are many girls there that could/would fit into the NRW mould and they often are a bit under the radar...because that's the way we like it, ja?
