I have a question. Having read the latest with fees at the regular spots I looked on Airbnb and got one from a person who has a suite at Hard Rock. Since I will have both keys. Do you think I will avoid having to pay the chica fees and the regular hassle with this type of arrangement?

Looking for an upscale, luxurious place close by in the City. Can you all make any other similar recommendations?

Or does the Hardrock also have condos. Similar to the Four Seasons which sells Condos on the top floors and Rents Hotel rooms on the lower floors?

In any case, if its a condo than certainly you can bring a guest. Its your place. . If its a Hotel room or part of the Hotel than the Hard Rocks policy is no guests. There are at least two big security dudes at the entrance at all times. However, some have reported being able to sneak them in or something but, in general the Hard Rock is not chica friendly.

I don't see anyone here writing about it recently. Is it still open? And if it is, does it still open at 6 pm?

So, after 'breakfast' I went 150 ft down the street to the Toscano Inn Hotel. I got a rate of $77 tax included. The Toscano is rated as a three star hotel but it seems more like a four star to me. Top to bottom it is well finished, clean, and rich feeling. The rooms have refrigerators, excellent showers, good air conditioners, and a safe, and are very nicely finished. The breakfast is excellent with fruit, eggs, a meat dish, pancakes or other bread like thing, juice and good coffee. The restaurant is open the rest of the day till 10:30 P with good and reasonably priced food, beer and wine. They have a Chica fee of $25. They have a doorman inside and guard outside the front door, and they consider it their job to open the door for you. I believe June is a slow month and the rate is probably normally higher than what I am paying.

The drug store on the street in front of the Veneto wants $20 per Viagra 100 MG. I always get 100 MG and break it in half, it's a better deal. Anyway $20 is too much and I found Viagra at the Rey, a grocery store and pharmacy around the corner on Avenida Central Espana for $49 for four (they are on special), and it is the original Pfizer brand. That is about $12 dollars each, which is $6 dollars per dose if you use half a tablet, much better than in the US, and it is Pfizer. Don't know if that price can be beat. I bought $150 dollars worth.

Had a chance to speak to 2 girls but the price for takeout was astronomical ($250 for girl + $200 to the club).
