On who is paying what for that in the Block, what the girls will work for, and tipping. Have run into a variety of gents recently there who have quite a variety of expectations and payments. Ladies also. A few examples. To each his own, ymmv.
My wing and I were routinely getting multiple-hour ST in the 300-400 range, LT 600-800. However, both of us had at least one bad experience, which can be expected at times. For both he and I, the girl got pissy about price after reaching the room. Also, I had two experiences where the girl ran off earlier than agreed, and she was fine with me prorating the price down.
That ‘crazy german’ that I posted before thought 1 million was a good amount for ST.
An older gent I ran into in D’s Place one year ago spun quite some tales back then (that were not good). He lives in Jakarta, is mid-60’s, Aussie. He’s really nice. He bought me several drinks one night (got me drunk). He said about one girl, “You see that one? She used to be my gf for 8 months. Gives me a discount cuz I’m a regular. She used to come over all the time when she was with me.” How often was that? “Bout twice each week.” What was her discount? “Only 400 for me mate. She’ll tell YOU 800.” As your gf she stays LT or several days? “Nah never. She’s out that door.” If she’s your gf, why is she charging you money? “All the girls are like that. Its how they survive here. She used to be in love with me.” The girl was 21. I didn’t grab a girl that night, too drunk. The next night, the gent was not there. The girl and her friend chatted me up. I asked if she wanted to go ST and ran thru my list. She quoted 800 (as forseen from him). She settled for 300+taxi. She was not bad in the room, she was not ‘out that door’. One day she spent an entire afternoon and evening with me, walking two malls, then having dinner. No naughty, just a date. Somehow, in his mind, 400 was a ‘discount’ because he was a regular. He was just overpaying. I ran into him again recently in D’s, dressed nice but drunk, smoking. He remembered me, and I didn’t say anything to him about the girl, but he had another similar story about a different girl there.
My wing (noob to Jkt, but not a noob in other venues) and I ran into a gent in front of My Bar one night. Late-40’s, handsome, well-dressed, lets call him Hank. He had some good insights, he lives in Jakarta. Few nights later I run into Hank in TG and we chat. There’s a mid-50’s gent sitting near us drinking. The older gent looked a bit dazed, eyes glazed a bit. We introduced ourselves. The older gent is aussie, his first trip, he literally got off the plane, hit his hotel and showered and taxi’d to TG. He was quite happy with the talent, but unsure how to approach the girls. He asked us what it would cost him for a girl. I said $40 should do it. He was a bit surprised at that and said he expected twice that. Hank said his pay was simple: 300 st / 500 lt, and the girls in the Blok already knew it as he was a regular. He called one over, an old flame he said, and chatted her up in front of us, asking if she would go with him all night for 500. She agreed. I’m glad to pay 600+, and was a bit surprised she said yes to 500. But, they knew each other previously. Hank asked if she had a friend who would go ST with the aussie for 300. The girl ran off and grabbed another cutie for the aussie to chat with. Hank and his girl left for a disco. The aussie was nearly too quick to run out with his girl. I leaned in and said to her she would have to stay with my friend for 3 hours. “Oh ok.” Out the door they went. I ran into the aussie a week later in MB and he was quite the happy guy, he said he’d taken that girl two nights running.
Another gent (a Jkt regular visitor) in TG one night pointed to a cutie and told me he’d had her a few night’s before, but from CJ’s. “Only 600. Worth every penny.” ST? “Yah.” Wow, was she THAT good? “Ya xcept that b*tch was gone in 30 f*ckin’ minutes.” Would you take her again? “Not if she’s gonna leave so soon.” [Yet, she was worth every penny.] You really thought she’s worth the 600? “Well she wanted a million, so ya it’s a good deal.” Do you tip? “Ya I always give them ‘bout 300.” So, really she cost you 900? “More than that man. I bought her drinks at the bar.” Few minutes later, “Think I should take her again?” WTF. I’m about 99% certain that if I had chatted the girl, she would have left TG with me for 300-400, and would not have asked for a tip.
In MB another gent, who is a Jkt regular visitor from the States. Not 40 yet, trim and handsome. He had a similar complaint, that the girls leave after only a short time. “I mean I cant believe I get banged here for $60 (think 600k) but the girls always want to split right away. I’d like to have a girl all night but they all want 1-to-2 million and I don’t wanna pay that.” Jesus. Its hard listening to that stuff from a regular. I motioned over a girl that I had before and in her ear I asked if she’d ST 350+taxi for 3 hours. She said yes. I asked if she’d ST my friend like that. She said to me 400 cuz she didn’t know him. I asked her how much LT for my friend: 800. Over the music I told him what she told me. I nudged her close to him and I walked out. Don’t know if he took her or not.
In D’s place my (noob) wing and I were checking the talent. He’s young, about 30, handsome. A girl walked over and chatted us, pretty, about age 30. I asked her the same thing, if she would go with him ST 350 for 3 hours, in her ear I ran down my rather complete list of must-do’s (including camera), so he would not have to worry about her not wanting to do something particular. Few minutes later they were in a taxi. He has since posted her pics and details in the photo gallery.
Several gents I met in the Blok bars said they are tipping 100-300. Wow. To each his own. You are tipping what I pay total.

On what the girls will work for. In D’s one night, it was early, and dead. I was looking for a 3-some for the evening. Two girls approached, one very pretty, the other not-so-pretty. Friends. Ya. One sat on each side of me at the bar while I watched the dancers. Each started massaging me, one on the right, one on the left. The hottie said into my ear she’d go to my hotel for 800. I just smiled and looked away. I ignored her and watched the show. These two were not the ones I wanted for my 3-some. Minute later she said “OK 400 for me.” Few minutes later the nottie said into my other ear she wanted to go to my room. How much, I asked. 350. I ignored. The hottie leaned in and suggested 350 in my room. A kind of bidding war, except over the music they could not tell what the other was saying. The nottie got down to 300. I tipped them for the massage and left for other grounds.
I took a girl LT from TG one night for agred 650+taxi. Part of my list of goodies for LT is 9am departure (it was 11pm then). She was fine with all of it. You can tell who the mom’s are when talking LT: they will not stay past 6am-ish. I’m not interested in a LT where the girl wakes me up for a quickie at call-to-prayer to run home to her family. I don’t take LT that often, but I prefer to sleep in, have coffee, boff, shower, no rush. Please reference my similar posting in the Philipine thread, where two girls told me (several years ago) that they root pinoy for 200 pesos for a quickie (1/10 what they ask a foreigner). One of these indo girls fell asleep after the pop, the other was still horny, and it was a struggle to have another go (I gave it the old college try). He lives in Jkt and he said he knew he can get the girls for a bit less, but found that offering it up-front avoided haggling, which he doesn’t like. And he was right. I did the same thing one night; I just said at the start ST 400 in MB. There was no upsell for 800 from the girl, nothing. The girl grabbed her purse and we were out the door. It was easier than 800/600/350/300 haggle.
One night in TG a fat chick asked if I liked her (skinny) friend. Yes, I did, she was cute. The fatty asked how much I’d pay for her. 300+taxi, plus my list. The fatty translated. The cutie balked and wanted 600. Final agreement: 350 (which would have been 300+taxi in the first place). The fatty asked for a tip and I gave her 20k. Off I went with the cutie. Mediocre service, camera shy, and unwilling to do things on my list. A quick root, 50 minutes in-room and she wanted to leave. Sure. She dressed. I handed her 100+50 taxi. She said “350?” I held up 3 fingers and said 3 hours. “Oh. OK. Ya.” She took the 150 and walked. I didn’t bother walking her to the taxi. Also I was staying near ancol, I’m guessing a good chunk of her change was eaten by a taxi. In other words, she was fine with 100 for the hour. Two nights later in TG I see the fattie. First words out of her mouth: “You only give her 100. She understand it.” I told her that I gave the girl +50 for taxi. “No. She say you give her 100 only.” See? They even lie to each other.
A three-some out of MB, two short skinny cuties, agreed to 600 total for 3-hour ST. Girl #1 was quality the whole time, going above and beyond, initiating pop #2, and also an amazing (for me) pop 3. She was just plain horny. And (wow!) flexible. I pushed her knees into the mattress in mish, and she used her hands to grab her own ankles and straighten her legs. An hour later she got another round going, her on top, with her squatting on her feet and hands on my chest. It was the most fast/furious girl-on-top I’ve experienced; what a horn-dog she was. We drifted off in the dark. Next morning she initiated another round, but I was worn out. 500 total (100+50taxi for the early girl + 300+50taxi for the LT girl) got me a three-some briefly plus a LT single + triple-pop (unheard of for me), which was even less than the agreed-upon (and nearly killed me from the activity level). You can beat this with a freebie, but who cares.

Listen, the gents will pay whatever they will pay. But we are paying what may be too much (even myself on occasion), for lesser work. Paying a BATS girl 600 ST + 300 tip (as one gent told me) is nearly $100, for a girl that is pulling her clothes on and heading for the door (to get back to BATS or TG) while you are still out of breath. Thinking that’s a good deal? Really, you have been had. Not by the girl, but by yourself. Realize: she will do the same thing in Top Gun later in the evening for 350 total, stay for 2-3 hours, massage you after (I love that) and/or go multiple pops, not ask for a tip, then offer her phone number and ask you to txt her for another go-round sometime. She will possibly be boffing her bf for free, and also local men for 100. For those who are tipping like that (200? 300?), you are driving up prices and creating expectations for the rest of us. Plz consider making your tip her taxi money, 30/40/50k. I understand noobs will pay 600-900 ST by mistake, usually until they figure it out. Aparently some gents who live there also haven’t figured it out.
I’m not a jakarta resident, I only visit. It makes little difference in my wallet if I give a girl 300 or 500 for ST, as I’m there briefly, few weeks and gone. Its very easy for me to say 500 immediately, just to get out the door quickly. But last thing I want to do is drive up prices for the gents who live there (or for my next return). For the gents who do live there, and were telling me that the girls won’t go for less than 600: again, you’ve been had, and by yourself. She’s tellin’ YOU she won’t go for less than that, and an hour later she’s on her knees with another guy for 350.
To be honest, several girls I chatted with in TG & MB walked away from my prices. They started in the 600/800/1M range, and refused to come down under 500. I told them that the amount had to start with a ‘3’. They walked. Its fine, no different than shopping around for garden tools or cars. Find another dealership. Must say, this was my first trip to Jakarta where girls did that. That means prices are going up. That’s cuz guys paying 600-800, or paying 400+200taxi/tip are driving it up. The gents reporting recently in the JKT thread paying consistently 300ST/500LT (and others I met in bars saying same) are going to be paying the price for the big spenders soon.
