I was in Manila earlier and posted a report. I do hope it was helpful to some if not all of you.

Being a first time monger in the Phils, it all went well for me. But after reading in the AC thread, I am quite skeptical on what's happening there. But, I have problems. I fell in love with the Phils GFE soooo much and had managed to get a super duper cheap price (USD 8 return) to the Phils on a budget airline. I will be landing my ass again in the Phils next year twice. One in April, the other will be in August. Both will be 4 days and 3 nites

Now, I need opinions on the following from seasoned mongers:

1. Should I stay put in AC and enjoy the delicacies there? Or should I head to Manila and enjoy my stay with previous BF? She seemed to enjoy me very much and we still talk over the phone every fortnight.

2. What would be a valid reason for me to go there? My nature of work does not require to travel internationally and I do not want the wife to smell something fishy!

I know that some of you would reply RTFF but trust you me, I have and all I can say I still need your experience and comments for item 1. As for item 2, I believe a few of you can be a great help to me (FF maybe?.). Anyway, I'd love to meet up with the seasoned/senior members once I am back in the Phils next year and learned from you! Drinks will be on me.

You really have a dilema here. You are going to soon start asking the question about whether you should stay married, followed by how can I move to the PI full time. Etc.

As far as excuses go, what was your excuse last time?

My worry is that your wife can't be stupid, so sooner or later she is going to catch on. Also, her friends will open her eyes if she won't figure it out for herself.

Excuses that I can think of:

1. Work, your job requires you to go there and work with your customers or your call center in the area.

2. You are an avid scuba diver and you can't get enough of the unspoiled reefs.

3. Lie to her and tell her you are going to somewhere else that is not so notorious for whoring!

4. You are volunteering to work with a humanitarian group helping the poor/orphans/whales/. Etc.

This is a girl I met once, ok sex, but nothing more than plain vanilla sex. Ie no back door, no chocolate sauce, no blindfold or tieing up games. But yesterdays sms says

In regards to #1, it will all depend when the time comes. She may or may not be available to you. You can always change plans on the fly. It's not like you can't pack up and go to another venue. There is pretty much always some hotel open. But maybe you can't move around, I don't know.

Suggestion for April, if I'm correct and Easter is April 4th, avoid the days prior to this and come after for sure.

Baj[/QUOTE]This a really really tough one. Depends if you can slowly build a story that says your company is just starting a project with a Philippines company.

Then slowly slowly at the dinner table feed the story about how you are third in charge of the project. Then the number 2 in charge gets sick etc. So you are made number 2. Then number 1 gets re-assigned and you are given the Phils project as team leader and your boss says its important to your career to do it well.

Eventually go home with a long face and say you are really sorry but seems you have to make a 3-4 day trrip there as you are finding it hard to communicate your companies needs via phone etc.

Go there. Have mad fun and after 3 days say that you got bad food and wasted 3 days on toilet, need a further 3-5 days to deal with the contract and that dealing with these Asians is really tricky but your company is relying on you to do a good job. All this is possible if you have enough balls and can lie through your teeth.. And if your wife knows nothing about your work and no one in your immediate office.

Life has many adventures and solving this dilemna is surely an adventure.

Manila is not a sex tourist destination at all. Millions of people go there (unfortunately me too) for work. Manila is like many SEA cities, it has girls available if you want it. Now if you were going to Pattaya in Thai or Angeles in PI then I personally would assume you were a sex tourist. And since we are on this board we are sex tourists at times :D

So telling my friends I am going to Manila to see the sites will not raise eyebrows? Great! :)

what sites? sites are better away from manila... going to manila for tourism to me is like going to a slum in LA or NY or such...

I think you should go somewhere else for just tourism. No I don't think the stigma of going to the Philippines is anywhere close to what people think if you say you are going to Thailand. My friends at work ride me all the time and all they mention is Thailand and Bangkok, when I rarely go there.

I agree Tansak...but in your case you seem to fit work around the sex tourism...perhaps it should be reclassified as such based on your activities :D I am a mere observer as you know.

Shame we will miss each other this time but am sure the 'tourism' sights of Manila will keep you hard and horny :D...and she is cute
