Thanks everyone for the info. I did read most of J Janni's posts, but I don't think I went all the way back to the beginning of his stay.
The prices sound really reasonable. I'm hoping to do about 2 stays per week for LT, so I'm hoping to find a couple enjoyable girls early and have a couple regulars while mixing in a new one here and there.
Looking at TF, there seem to be more attractive girls in Pattaya, but I recognize that this might not translate into actual sex.

I was thinking about splitting my two weeks in Phuket to see more of the island, but I obviously don't want to shut myself away where girls are not accessible.
What are the best places to find girls on Phuket outside of Patong. I am wondering about Phukettown and the other beaches. When I say available, I mean places where there might be girls sitting around or in massage places or restaurants / bars where I could approach them and try to get Lines. Or maybe places that have a lot of TF girls.
And while I'm at it, are there any escort agencies on Phuket?

Very small sample size, but the few girls I've spoken to opened around 3 k ST, negotiable very readily to 2.5 k. LT varied widely from 4 k to 6 k+ to sometimes just not available at all or highly discouraged. A few days ago I drove over to Phoonpon Road around 8 pm to see what was up and hopefully try out a soapy massage. All the large massage shops were closed (Katherine's etc) as I drove around. Met the girl who took me up to the room. The room looked clean (though we dimmed the lights), had AC, a big mirror, and a nice elevated bathtub. Service was a joint bath in the bathtub, followed by BBJ and FS on the bed. Damage was 2 k.
Afterwards I also took a quick ride down Phoonpon Soi 11, since I had seen it mentioned in a previous report. There was a little bit of action (bunch of women sitting around, men soliciting) but the block felt very rundown.
Hoping things actually reopen on the 16th.

Northern beaches have some at Kamala and Bang Tao / Boat Avenue.
Also Chalong has quite a few around Soi Ta Ed (aka Soi Muay Thai) and Soi Sunrise down to Chalong Pier.
I loaded a map earlier for someone showing where in Rawai.
That area would have 30 plus operating massage shops that are full on naughty.
And it is where all the bar girls (who currently can't work as bars are closed) are still hanging around.
If you see a cute sexy skimpy dressed girl in Rawai, on the streets, stop and ask for her LINE.
If she's single, or available and interested, which is likely 50% plus, she will give it, and then you can chat online to arrange.

There's no massage shops or easy places to see girls hanging around Phuket Town.
And what is there is more aimed at the Thai locals.
That said tho, it is where a lot of Thai Friendly girls can be found.
The ones that don't work bars, but have normal jobs in retail and offices, etc.
So if you're after an amateur part time sex girl, then Phuket town will have them on TF.
If you're after a more professional girl of TF, then it's Patong that has the TF freelancers.
As to escort agencies, there used to be some high end pricey ones around.
But I'd doubt they're still operating.
Worth an online check tho.

My top 2 choices were negative, and I haven't heard back from most of the others. I'm wondering if you verified having visitors because it seems hotels have changed their policies due to covid.

Three ways to get my room. 'Internal' through reception and past the bar and pools, walk up the steep as fuck road, or jump in the oncall pickup truck bus to get up to the room.
First night, as soon as my covid test results came through (take a note of the website on the counter at the airport, it's where you can check your results yourself. I've heard of people sitting into their rooms the next day waiting for the hotel to tell them the results), I got a TF girl over (Cutie With a Booty who I ended up repeating lots with). While I was waiting down at reception for her, I inquired with the night guy and he said '1000 baht joiner fee. ' I said, "Forget we had this conversation. And we'll just walk up to my room. " he said ok.
Road was steep as fuck, so YMMV on this option if you're not young and fit. Lots of the girls complained about the walk. Ended up giving CWB a piggyback up the second night. By the second week, I was just getting ballsy and jumping in the bus with girls at all hours of the day. Couple of times I slipped the reception guys and the bus drivers some small money and the joiner fee was never mentioned again.
Hotel was OK with guests taking scooters up to their rooms, but not cars - I've never driven a scooter in my life, so rainy season in Phuket wasn't my intention to start. May be a way around the joiner fee/walk if you can ride one.
So, what hotels say and what you can get away with can be very different. This is Thailand as the expats say. Maybe I got away with a lot because I was literally the only Farang in the hotel the first week. (Only one stupid enough to go all in on getting there July 1st!
I'm still in a Phuket sandbox group (Phuket Sandbox. Better Phuket by I Asia, good source of Information on the ever changing rules and situation) and the reality on the ground seems ever-changing, different rules and regulations coming out every day, and all hotels having a different understanding and implementation of them.

One I think is a well known model named Francine Dee, a Pinay who normally models the hot rod circuit, and another a big boobed Chinese lady from Singapore. Just curious since I've seen them posting from there and here I thought all travel and visiting in Thailand was a no-no. Just curious if anyone has seen any of them.

Most of these IG girls post glam pics from archive to be relevant and current.

I'm not surprised that your hotel was willing to back off its rules. I just didn't want to take the chance with so much fun on the line. I stayed in Bangkok my last visit and my hotel was not supposed to be guest friendly, but they never said anything. I got some dirty / confused looks, but they never said anything. In Berlin, I asked the guy on night shift if I could have someone come for a "massage." he said they weren't supposed to let me, but he wouldn't say anything when he was working. He was the late night manager and there almost every night, so I slipped him 40 euro and a big thank you and had girls up every night.

I can only confirm what has been written.
I am in Phuket for a week now and my report is the following:
1- Karon: desertland or Tchernobil today.
2- Patong: Christine massage is down during Covid period while some others are open.
3- Phuket city: It is not the best mongering place on earth. The red light district (where are Katherine, New Angels and others) looks like a no go zone. So sad.
4- ThaiFriendly: excellent contact despite the fact I do not agree to subscribe 25 $ for a month. The limit for stingy man like me is: 1 message every 10 minutes. But finally I do not care as 75% of the girls (the fuckable one) are freelance and ok to give you their Line ID after 2 messages. Prices are from 1500 baths for a ST (girls 5/6) to 2000 (girls 6/7) and more for. More (but I did not see 8 or 9 there). 90% of the freelance on TF are in Patong, the rest a bit in Rawai, few exceptions Phuket town (or I am unlucky).
