Gotta side with BC on this one. You have to consider that a number of these girls are not just working for themselves, but for families back home or "boyfriends" in Germany. In the first case, the idea of a nice vacation might not hold the same interest for her without a good bit of bank to go along with it. If she ain't working, then the family ain't earning.
In the latter case, do you really think a "boyfriend" is going to allow his "girl" to accompany you or anyone on a vacation without some serious bank? He wants her in the club earning her keep.
Even the ones who are free of their "boyfriends" (i.e. "contracts" are paid up) are going to be inherently suspicious of traveling with a stranger. Often such offers from strangers is how they got lassoed into the "business" in the first place.
The girls that I know (mostly German) who have engaged in such a deal haven't done it on the cheap. (No, I'm not going to give out any names, so no one need bother asking.)
If you are going to talk a girl into this, at any price, you will probably have to invest in a number of club sessions with her over a period of time. More than likely the girl will have to be free of any pimp and probably need to have an EU passport. I also doubt that you will be able to do this with a girl who isn't in her late twenties or older.
Not trying to discourage you. You may have the game to make it happen. In that case, hats off to you. I do think that you are probably banking a bit too much on the "fun" aspect for the gals, but what do I know.

Getting a girl out of a FKK for a reasonable price may be tough, but there are many other prospects for eager companions for "free" vacations. Just trawl on Craigslist for a girl from your hometown to join you on a jaunt to the Caribbean or Paris or whatever. You won't get the professional service of an FKK girl, but more GFE and the possibility of on-going benefits. There are lots of girls out there who are not pros or even semi-pros, but will fuck you for some benefit, like a vacation.

Thanks for the input. Without revealing too much, I've been in discussion with a certain woman, with whom I've spent considerable time, regarding this trip. Whether or not it comes to pass is entirely up to her. I've done this kind of thing before. If she wants to do it, viewing it as a vacation that she'll enjoy, knowing that the expense will be considerable, she'll quote a rate accordingly. If she doesn't want to do it and views it as work, she'll again quote a rate accordingly and it won't likely happen. In either case, I think we've done a good job of beating this issue to death.

I am not sure where you are based or how the whole prescription thing works when you are away from home, but assuming you have the prescription and know how to get a German pharmacy to honor it, then any pharmacy will do.
If you think though that you can get cialis without a prescription in Germany you will be very disappointed. That will not happen.

If you are in Spain, from my experiences, you can at least buy viagra over the counter from a pharmacy. You just tell them that you cannot get it up and they ask what dosage 25mg, 50 mg or 100 mg and then ask how many do you want? Like 4 pack, 8 pack or 12 pack? It was like buying aspirin.
I do not know if you can buy cialis in the Spanish pharmacies as I have never tried.
this report is designed for the sex tourist more than residents, so will emphasize choice to be made, travel issues, how to plan/spend days, and costs. i won't report on names of girls-i haven't found any of that information useful for the traveler who would start out sampling these clubs before repeating and actually trying to track down a "well reviewed" girl.
common themes—naked girl eye candy for a day, extras (50 cim, 100 anal, 50/girl lesbo), bbbj, sex—all in 30 min increments. all have free non-alcohol drinks.
major distinguishing points—costs, transportation, indoor facility, outdoor facility, food, contact rules, downtime activity, girl experience, alcohol.
artemis—it's more expensive at entry (80), and per 30 min (60). its really the only fkk in berlin area so go there if in the area, and easy to find on s-bahn. girl quality is high and many wear "adornments (i. e. chain belts, partial panties). they will approach in some areas for a session (esp kino), but you can get rest undisturbed around the pool area. food is higher quality, and overall indoor facility is top of the line, but limited outdoors (patio). you can spend a day here—for a second day you'll get a little sick of it but can come/go from the place between sessions and tour the city a bit. i've had 5 above average and 3 outstanding 30 min. sessions over 2 consecutive days.
colisem—avg price of 75 euro, and 50/half hour sessions. girls are totally naked and gorgeous. there is no outdoor area or food, and no alcohol. you can session with a girl in the hot tub prior to a 30 min room session which is a nice way to spend an hour. the girls will not contact you, so you can relax between sessions well. if anywhere in bavaria—this is a good place to go, but not sure you need to go out of your way to get here. don't worry about the bavaria/bbbj rules. its also a little more complicated to get there—either rent a car or a train trip to augsburg then cab. in a half day, i had one below average 30 min, 1 above average 30 min, and 1 absolutely fantastic never forget 1 hour session (30 min hot tub/30 min room).
oase—lower end of pricing (along with world) at 65 entry, 50/30min increments. fairly good girl quality. moderately high approach rate by girls, but will mostly leave alone outside and around sauna/steam baths. food is lesser quality—you go through a line and they serve you a plate from the bar rather than self service. indoor areas—somewhat smaller, but above average outdoors. a fairly good place to be outside. transport is moderate—long cab from frankfurt, or a train/short cab. car is easier for sure. in 1 full day, i had 1 outstanding 30min with cim, 1 above avg 60 min (there was no point in the 2nd 30 min session—we just talked and had coffee, so no reason to pay for that again), 1 above average maybe even higher) 30 min with a polish girl, and 1 <30 min "shark" encounter that was below average in attitude but as it was my 4th of the day at least i got to pump her good.
world—same pricing as oase. its much harder to get to—another 30 min by car, or elaborate train/cab, or one helluva expensive cab from frankfurt. the indoor area is top rate and bigger than oase—oddly the downstairs rooms do not have full walls so you can hear your neighbors for better or worse. upstairs is very good food and a loud club atmosphere. downstairs is a large spa/sauna/pool area that is quiet, plus kino. the outside areas are fantastic—big pool, decking, lots of grass space, and several cabins for sessions. one fairly muscular dude actually started a session on a lawnchair just a few chairs over from me, so some live outdoor sexshow—don't know if this is common. man, he pounded that girl good—like live porno. my only complaint-the girls will hound you relentlessly at any location indoors or outdoors. i wanted to read and practically had to stay in the changing room area. other than this its great. in a 10 hour stay, i had 2 outstanding 30 min sessions, and 1 unbelievable 1 hour plus cim at the end. again, in between these i had to fend off a lot of advances. there is great beauty there but there are also a lot of overweight, completely undoable girls there that i don't see how they get any sessions. because of the nice facilities—they get a lot of older local guys.
palace—75 entry, but 50/30min sessions. this is basically a club-only facility—nothing outdoors—just rooms, sauna/steam, and the club. they have some novel add-ons—internet, cigar lounge, pole dancing. the food is top notch. the girls hound you pretty good, especially when you first arrive, but tend to cool off. i was only there at night—did not seem like a relaxing place to spend the day, but could be wrong. main plus is convenient location—reachable from fra metro: any 5 or more hour layover to be worth it. the main negative is that the girls do not respect time—30 minutes is actually 10-15, and an hour session is really just a few minutes over 30. plenty of beauty—but they will suck/fuck and move on quickly. i spent 5 hours there and had one below average/terrible service 10 min session with a gorgeous colombian girl. after 2 hours of fending off advances—did a 1 hour (31 min actual) session with cif with a 7-8/10 russian—not happy about the time, but did get a lot of bbbj in kino, a fairly long ride in the room and then a fantastic pornstar type cif ending. it has its strengths, but this is my least favorite club of the 5 in terms of time with the girls and downtime activity.

non-sexual: if near frankfurt, go to taunus thermas in bad homburg. it's a huge family oriented aquatic park with downstairs textile pools and upstairs fkk saunas, pools, steam baths, resting rooms, etc. the sauna areas has its own bar and the downstairs has a restaurant. you can bring your own food/drink in. if you have a day to kill and have had enough sex, it's a good break. you will see some "good" female nudity, but mostly guys and older women.
massage: city-relax in frankfurt—100euro for a solid 1 hour session, good conversation, cob ending. no bj or penetration. good for an actual massage/conversation with happy ending—maybe good for a quick activity if you don't have a full day for fkk. probably much safer than rld.
